Cincinnati Bengals RB Chase Brown said he is preparing for a bigger offensive role next season since the team traded RB Joe Mixon to the Houston Texans.
Huddle Up: Brown probably will split playing time with Zack Moss this upcoming season and probably will be involved in both the running and passing game. He has a chance to be a No. 3 or No. 4 running back in fantasy leagues.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins said he anticipates playing for the Bengals during the 2024 season, he told reporters Sunday, April 14. Higgins was franchise-tagged this offseason.
Huddle Up: There has been much debate about Higgins' future after the team applied the franchise tag. They still have until July to get a long-term deal done, or Higgins can sign the franchise tag. If he's back with the Bengals in 2024, he's a locked-and-loaded WR2.

Cincinnati Bengals franchise free-agent WR Tee Higgins has not had any contract extension talks with the Bengals this offseason, a source told ESPN.com's Matt Miller.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation because Higgins could hold out a while if he does not receive a contract extension. He is a weekly fantasy option when he is active, but fantasy players may want other good options available for their lineups next season.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow (wrist) is on schedule in his recovery from wrist surgery, according to head coach Zac Taylor.
Huddle Up: Burrow has said he expects to be medically cleared at some point in May, so fantasy players can monitor the situation. He probably will not do much during offseason workouts but should be ready for training camp. He can be a No. 1 fantasy quarterback if healthy.

Cincinnati Bengals franchise free-agent WR Tee Higgins has asked for a trade this offseason, and the Bengals are believed to be willing to listen to possible offers for Higgins, according to ESPN.com's Jeremy Fowler.
Huddle Up: Several teams are looking for wide receiver help, so the Bengals should receive a good return if they decide to trade Higgins. Higgins should be a starter no matter where he plays in 2024 and can be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues.

Free-agent TE Tanner Hudson (Bengals) agreed to a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals Friday, March 15. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
Huddle Up: Remember his name because he could become a factor. The Bengals signed Mike Gesicki to be their starter, but he has flamed out in two consecutive stops. Hudson had 39 grabs last year and could sneak into fantasy viability or be someone to target in deep leagues.

Free-agent TE Mike Gesicki (Patriots) agreed to a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals Tuesday, March 12. The deal is worth up to $3.25 million.
Huddle Up: Gesicki has the likes of Tanner Hudson and Irv Smith Jr. to battle with. He has had two bad years in a row and turns 29 in October. But this is about as good of a landing spot as he could have hoped for. He'll be among the more attractive TE2s with upside.

Impending free-agent RB Zack Moss (Colts) is signing a 2-year, $8 million contract with the Cincinnati Bengals, including a $4.525 million payout in the first year of the deal, a source said Monday, March 11.
Huddle Up: Moss posted career highs with 183 carries, 794 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns, while also totaling a career-best 43 first downs. He also chipped in with 27 receptions for 192 yards and two touchdowns. Moss will have low-end RB2 or flex fantasy appeal in PPR leagues of 12 or more teams heading into 2024, as he looks to fill the shoes of the released Joe Mixon. With Joe Burrow, Moss will be working with a very good quarterback, potentially utilizing him frequently out of the backfield.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins has requested a trade Monday, March 11. Higgins wanted to work on a long-term extension before receiving the franchise tag and claims that there haven't been substantial contract talks since March 2023.
Huddle Up: Higgins had a 42-656-5 line over 12 games last season and is a solid WR2 in fantasy, but he has yet to really solidify himself as an elite player. Could he do that elsewhere? Perhaps, but he'll be drafted as a WR2.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow (wrist) said he expects to be medically cleared at some point in May and believes he will be able to throw during organized team activities.
Huddle Up: Burrow is coming off a major wrist injury and probably will be limited during offseason workouts. He is one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL when healthy and will be a No. 1 quarterback in all fantasy leagues in 2024.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins is a player that the team wants to keep around for the long-term, according to comments from director of player personnel Duke Tobin. "He's a good player. We want to keep him. We have resources to do that. We're a better team with Tee," Tobin told reporters at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis on Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Huddle Up: There has been some thought that the Bengals would trade Higgins after giving him the franchise tag recently, but Tobin's comments suggest that is not the team's plan right now. Assuming that is the case and he stays put, Higgins should remain a top-20 fantasy option. Unfortunately for his long-term fantasy stock, playing behind Ja'Marr Chase likely puts a cap on his upside. Chase's presence also means Higgins that while he will be one of the league's top second receivers, he will not be a featured receiver anytime soon.

Cincinnati Bengals impending free-agent WR Tee Higgins is expected to receive the franchise tag this offseason, according to The Athletic's Paul Dehner Jr.
Huddle Up: Higgins is one of the top free-agent receivers this offseason, but he will remain with the Bengals for at least one more season if he is tagged. Fantasy players can monitor the situation over the next month, but Higgins likely will be a weekly fantasy option no matter which team he plays for in 2024.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Chase Brown recorded 322 yards from scrimmage from Week 13 to the end of the season, averaging 6.1 yards per touch in that span.
Huddle Up: Brown flashed some explosiveness when given an expanded role, and if the Bengals decide to part with Joe Mixon in the offseason, Brown could have a shot at the starting role.

Indianapolis Colts impending free-agent RB Zack Moss said he is open to re-signing with the Colts this offseason, according to The Indianapolis Star's Nate Atkins.
Huddle Up: Moss played well when he was the starting running back for the Colts but will be a backup if he returns to the Colts since Jonathan Taylor has signed a long-term deal. Fantasy players can keep an eye on Moss' situation during free agency because he will have some fantasy value depending on his team.

Huddle Up: Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will be the main receivers for the Bengals with Higgins sidelined and both can be starting options in fantasy leagues.

Indianapolis Colts RB Zack Moss (forearm) is expected to play in Week 18's game against the Houston Texans, according to multiple sources.
Huddle Up: Moss had been listed as questionable on the injury report after logging one limited practice session and two full sessions during the week but is likely to be active for the first time since Week 15. He should see a decent number of touches and could be a flex option in some fantasy leagues even though RB Jonathan Taylor is expected to see most of the carries.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Jake Browning (foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 5, and is not on the injury report for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Browning has posted solid numbers since taking over the starting job but will be without one of his receivers this week. He can still be a starting option in two-quarterback leagues but probably will be avoided in standard leagues.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 5, and is listed as doubtful for Week 18.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Jan. 4.
Huddle Up: Higgins has missed the first two practices of the week, so his availability for Week 18 seems questionable at best at this point. He is a starting option when healthy, but fantasy players will need a backup plan ready if he sits out.

Indianapolis Colts RB Zack Moss (forearm) fully participated in practice Thursday, Jan. 4, but is listed as questionable for Week 18.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase (shoulder) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 3.

Indianapolis Colts RB Zack Moss (forearm) was limited at practice Tuesday, Jan. 2. The Colts conducted a walkthrough so his participation level is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Moss has missed the last two games due to the forearm injury he suffered in Week 15. He isn't useful for fantasy right now with Jonathan Taylor taking back his workload, but Moss is a hold in dynasty leagues considering he is a free agent this offseason.
