Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels (groin) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 13, and is not on the injury report for Week 15.
Huddle Up: Samuels likely will see a handful of touches this week but may be more involved in the passing game. He could be a flex option in some point-per-reception leagues but is not a must-start option.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels (groin) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 12.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels (groin) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Huddle Up: Samuels' status for Week 15 is uncertain, so fantasy players should keep an eye on the situation. James Conner is expected to return to the lineup this week, so Samuels can be avoided in fantasy leagues even if he is able to play.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels (groin) suffered a groin injury in Week 14, according to head coach Mike Tomlin.
Huddle Up: Samuels only had nine touches, and James Conner (shoulder) is on the mend. The entire backfield will need monitoring, and Benny Snell could wind up being an RB2 against the Buffalo Bills in Week 15.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels rushed seven times for 32 yards in Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns while adding two grabs for 22 yards on his two targets.
Huddle Up: Samuels helped fill the void with Benny Snell Jr., as James Conner was sidelined for a second straight game. He was used a few teams in Wildcat formation looks. He is only worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues heading into Week 14 at Arizona if Conner is sidelined again.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels ran twice for six yards and caught three passes for 26 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, Nov. 24.
Huddle Up: It was widely assumed that Samuels would be the primary back with James Conner out, but Benny Snell filled that role, leaving Samuels with fewer touches than Kerrith Whyte. That's not encouraging for Samuels, who suddenly appears bereft of fantasy value.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels carried the ball five times for 26 yards and added five receptions for 19 yards and a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday, Nov. 14.
Huddle Up: While Samuels' 45 total yards won't impress, the reality is it may be a while before we see James Conner again after he had to be removed with more shoulder trouble. In that scenario, Samuels, and to a lesser extent Trey Edmunds, would take over in the backfield. Of the two, Samuels should be the one to own going forward, though clearly Conner's status will be the deciding factor.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels ran for 29 yards on 14 carries and added 11 yards receiving on three receptions in Week 10 versus the Los Angeles Rams.
Huddle Up: In two full games as James Conner's replacement, Samuels has rushed for 39 yards on 22 carries. Perhaps he's still feeling the effects of the knee scope that kept him out for a few games prior to last week, but this "production" should quiet the argument he needs to share carries with Conner when both are healthy. With Conner a possibility to miss another game due to Pittsburgh's game on Thursday versus the Cleveland Browns, Samuels will likely be in the RB2 conversation yet again.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels spun his wheels with eight runs for just 10 yards in Week 9 against the Indianapolis Colts, but he posted 13 receptions for 73 yards on his 13 targets.
Huddle Up: Samuels did his best James Conner imitation, at least in the pass game, making fantasy owners in PPR leagues happy. He might be a decent RB3 or flex fantasy option in PPR leagues in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams if Conner is inactive again.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Samuels (knee) fully participated in practice Friday, Nov. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Huddle Up: Samuels likely will receive most of the work at running back with James Conner listed as doubtful. He should be involved in the running and passing game this week and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in fantasy leagues.
