Free-agent QB Luke Falk (Jets) has filed an injury grievance against the New York Jets through the NFL Players Association. According to multiple sources, he has a hip injury which requires surgery. Falk was cut the day before the Jets' Week 6 game against the Dallas Cowboys but had not been listed on the team's injury report during either of the two weeks leading up to his release.

Huddle Up: The Jets were expecting Sam Darnold to play this week, but he was not cleared, so Falk received the start. Darnold may return to the lineup next week, but fantasy players may want to avoid the Jets quarterback situation.

Huddle Up: The Jets hope to have Sam Darnold back after the bye, so this may have been Falk's only start of the season. Fantasy players should avoid the Jets quarterback situation until Darnold returns.

The Tennessee Titans selected Washington State QB Luke Falk with the 199th pick overall (Round 6) in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Huddle Up: Falk threw up huge numbers for Mike Leach's Cougars, and his addition gives the Titans two former Pac-12 signal callers with Marcus Mariota leading the way. Some will note that Tom Brady was also selected with the No. 199 pick in the 2000 NFL Draft. Titans fans shouldn't expect Hall of Fame caliber here, but Falk does have some upside and a good long ball.
