Cincinnati Bengals CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) did not practice Friday, Sept. 28, and is ruled out for Week 4.
Huddle Up: No help yet is on the way for the Bengals' porous pass defense which ranks 30th in the league in terms of the opposition's QB rating so far. Kirkpatrick is the team's first-round pick but a late-July knee injury now has kept him shelved a month into the regular season.

Cincinnati Bengals CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) did not participate in practice Saturday, Sept. 8, and has been ruled out for Week 1.

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said Monday, Sept. 3, that CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) will rehab for two more weeks or so before he is able to return to the practice field.
Huddle Up: It's been a lost preseason for Cincy's first-round pick who missed all 4 exhibition games recovering from the bone he fractured in his left knee in late July. The Bengals, however, are fairly deep at the position with Terrance Newman and Jason Allen backing up starters Leon Hall and Nate Clements.

Cincinnati Bengals CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) will not play in the final preseason game Thursday, Aug. 30, because of soreness in his knee.
Huddle Up: That will officially make it a lost preseason for the Bengals' No. 1 pick (No. 17 overall), who sprained/strained his left knee before camp and has been slow in recovering. Leon Hall and Nate Clements currently are listed atop the team's depth chart at CB.

Cincinnati Bengals CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) has been cleared to practice and is participating in workouts Sunday, Aug. 19.
Huddle Up: This was a sight for sore Bengals eyes Sunday as the 17th-overall pick finally took the field. Kirkpatrick fractured a bone in his knee in the days leading up to the start of training camp, and he's spent the past 3 weeks in shorts and a T-shirt. The rookie's timetable to see his first game action still is TBD, but Sunday, he took a big step toward that goal.

Cincinnati Bengals CB Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) suffered a knee injury which could cause him to miss much of training camp.
Huddle Up: Kirkpatrick was the No. 17 overall draft pick so that's bad news for Cincy. Hopefully it doesn't linger into the regular season. CB Leon Hall is still recovering from a torn Achilles too.
