Washington Commanders QB Sam Howell completed 11-of-19 passes for 169 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 18 against the Dallas Cowboys in his first NFL start, while adding 35 yards and a score on five rushing attempts. He is the first Washington rookie quarterback to throw and rush for a score in a single game since QB Robert Griffin III in 2012.

Baltimore Ravens QB Robert Griffin III (hamstring) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Friday, Dec. 4.

Huddle Up: Griffin pulled up once during the first half of Wednesday's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and again near the end of the game, leading the Ravens to give Trace McSorley the first meaningful reps of his NFL career. With Lamar Jackson's status still somewhat in limbo while he awaits his clearance of COVID-19 protocols - the earliest he can practice is Sunday - it is possible McSorley will make his first start against the Dallas Cowboys. He'd be a risky QB2 if Jackson isn't activated.

Baltimore Ravens QB Robert Griffin III (thigh) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 3. The Ravens did not hold a practice Thursday, so this is an estimation.

Huddle Up: Griffin struggled in his Week 12 start but may receive another start depending on if Lamar Jackson will be cleared to play. Fantasy players should look for other options if Griffin starts again.

Baltimore Ravens QB Robert Griffin III (hamstring) was removed from the game Wednesday, Dec. 2, against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to a hamstring injury after completing 7 of 12 pass attempts for just 33 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. He added a team-high 68 rushing yards on seven carries.

Huddle Up: Griffin shouldn't have any fantasy value beyond this week with Lamar Jackson an option to return for Week 13 and QB Trace McSorley possibly being more deserving of the start if not.

Updating an earlier report, Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (illness) will officially be placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday, Nov. 27, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley, who notes that Jackson will need to quarantine for the next 10 days. That means QB Robert Griffin III would be in line to start Sunday, Nov. 29, against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Thursday, Dec. 3, against the Dallas Cowboys, assuming both games are held as scheduled.

Huddle Up: Obviously this is a serious blow to Jackson and the Ravens, which suddenly find themselves facing two games without the reigning MVP while already on thin ice in the AFC playoff picture. With Jackson, J.K. Dobbins and Mark Ingram all out of action, it looks like Gus Edwards and Mark Andrews might be the only playable fantasy pieces in Baltimore right now. As for Griffin, he might be worth a look against Dallas, but you don't want to rely on him this Sunday.

Baltimore Ravens WR Robert Griffin III completed 11-of-21 for 96 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers and 50 rushing yards. RB Gus Edwards rumbled for a team-high 130 yards on 21 carries, while RB Justice Hill ran 10 times for 39 yards and a score. TE Hayden Hurst was the best of the lot in the receiving game, posting two grabs for a team-high 35 yards, while WR Willie Snead had three catches for 22 yards and WR Marquise Brown had two receptions for 15 yards.

Baltimore Ravens QB Robert Griffin III will start in Week 17 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, head coach John Harbaugh said. QB Trace McSorley also could see action, the coach said.

Huddle Up: Neither Griffin nor McSorley are worth using if your fantasy league determines its championship in the final weekend of the NFL regular season. In addition, RG3 isn't a good option for DFS players, as he could play the whole way, but also could see limited action similar to a preseason game.

Baltimore Ravens QB Robert Griffin III came on in a rout in Week 1 against the Miami Dolphins and completed all six of his passes for 55 yards, one touchdown and nine rushing yards. With the game out of hand, he came on to give a healthy QB Lamar Jackson a breather.
