Pittsburgh Steelers undrafted free-agent Mataeo Durant could "make a run" at Benny Snell's job as the main backup to Najee Harris, according to ESPN.com's Brooke Pryor.

Huddle Up: Pryor reasons that Pittsburgh invested more money into Durant than most undrafted free agents ($15,000 signing bonus, which is the largest of any undrafted rookie free-agent running back in team history). Durant, who was a first-team All-ACC selection in 2021 at Duke, is probably too small at 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds to be a true handcuff. However, his 4.38 speed may be just what the Steelers want to complement the 240-pound Harris.
