Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa 'can't make every throw,' an unnamed member of the Dolphins defense said, according to a report by Sun-Sentinel's Omar Kelly. '(Tagovailoa) is only going to take us so far. I'm wasting my career here if that's what we're doing.'
Huddle Up: From a fantasy standpoint, Tua was 26th at the position in fantasy points in 13 games. The lost games hurt, but Lamar Jackson was 15th in 12 games. Tagovailoa is expected to remain the starter, but a trade is always possible. He's a QB2 in fantasy either way.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa is expected to be the starter for the 2022-23 NFL season, according to sources, barring an unforeseen occurrence. The new head coach will have a say in all aspects of the team, including quarterback, but the plan is to find someone who can get the most out of Tagovailoa.
Huddle Up: Given the emergence of WR Jaylen Waddle, along with a few other pieces and some expected additions, Tua can be a serviceable fantasy option in the right system. That said, until we know more, it's purely guesswork.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa completed just 18-of-38 passes for 205 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in Week 17 against the Tennessee Titans while also running for a yard while losing a fumble.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa completed 19-of-26 passes for 198 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 16 against the New Orleans Saints.
Huddle Up: Tagovailoa has led the team to seven consecutive victories, getting the Dolphins right back in the AFC playoff picture. It won't get any easier, as the Dolphins hit the road for Tennessee in Week 17. He remains more of a low-end QB2 at this point in most fantasy leagues.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa completed 16-of-27 passes for 196 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 15 against the New York Jets and he rushed for 20 yards.
Huddle Up: Tua has helped the Dolphins win six consecutive games, evening up their record at 7-7. The Dolphins are back at it on the road against the New Orleans Saints on Monday night. He remains more of a QB2 in most fantasy leagues heading into that one.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa threw for 241 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions on 30-for-41 passing in Week 13 vs. the New York Giants on Sunday, Dec. 5. He ran twice for a yard and was sacked twice.
Huddle Up: Miami heads into a well-timed Week 14 bye week winners of five straight.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa completed 27-of-31 passes for 230 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 12 against the Carolina Panthers.
Huddle Up: Tagovailoa has accounted for 11 total touchdowns (nine passing, two rushing) across the past six games. He remains more in that low-end QB2 neighborhood in most fantasy leagues. The Dolphins host the New York Giants in Week 13.

Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa completed 27-of-33 passes for 273 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Week 11 against the New York Jets with six rushing yards.
Huddle Up: Tua had his best yardage total since his 291-yard, four-touchdown day in Week 7 against the Atlanta Falcons. He is too inconsistent to rely upon as anything but a low-end TE2 in most fantasy leagues.
