Kansas City Chiefs DE Charles Omenihu (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Feb. 2, and has been ruled out on the initial injury report for Super Bowl LVIII. OG Joe Thuney (pectoral) did not practice and is considered questionable. WR Skyy Moore (knee) and OT Prince Tega Wanogho (quadriceps) were limited during practice and are considered questionable. DT Chris Jones (quadriceps) was limited during practice but is not on the initial injury report. LB Willie Gay (neck), CB L'Jarius Sneed (calf), QB Blaine Gabbert (oblique), WR Richie James (foot), LB Drue Tranquill (knee) and WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (oblique) fully participated in practice and are not on the initial injury report.

OT Prince Tega Wanogho (quadriceps), QB Blaine Gabbert (oblique), WR Richie James (foot), LB Drue Tranquill (knee), WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (oblique) and WR Kadarius Toney (non-injury) fully participated in practice. Kansas City Chiefs DT Derrick Nnadi (tricep), WR Skyy Moore (knee) and OG Joe Thuney (pectoral) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for the AFC Championship Game against the Baltimore Ravens. OT Prince Tega Wanogho (quad) practiced in full all week but has also been ruled out. LB Willie Gay (neck) did not practice on Friday, Jan. 26, but is listed as questionable. RB Isiah Pacheco (ankle, toe) and WR Kadarius Toney (hip) were limited in practice on Friday and are listed as questionable. S Mike Edwards (concussion) was upgraded to full practice on Friday but is also listed as questionable. CB L'Jarius Sneed (calf) was limited in practice all week but has been removed from the injury report. OG Trey Smith (illness), QB Blaine Gabbert (oblique), CB Trent McDuffie (ankle), OT Wanya Morris (concussion), DE Charles Omenihu (wrist), WR Rashee Rice (hamstring), WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (oblique) and CB Joshua Williams (knee) practiced in full on Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Blaine Gabbert finished 15-of-30 for 154 yards and an interception in Week 18 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Gabbert also ran for 46 yards on five carries.

Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes will be among the starters sitting out in Week 18, according to head coach Andy Reid. Blaine Gabbert will get the start.
Huddle Up: Mahomes has had trouble with this set of receivers so I wouldn't peg Gabbert very high up the QB2 pecking order. Avoid.

Kansas City Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman (thumb) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 12 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. RB Jerick McKinnon (groin) did not practice on Friday, Nov. 24, and has also been ruled out. QB Blaine Gabbert (personal) also did not practice on Friday but is expected to be available. OT Donovan Smith (neck), CB L'Jarius Sneed (knee), WR Kadarius Toney (ankle) and CB Joshua X. Williams (shoulder) practiced in full all week and no longer appear on the injury report.
