San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed ended up with three grabs for 32 yards and a touchdown on four targets in Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills on Monday, Dec. 7.

Huddle Up: Reed's visit to the end zone was his first since scoring back in Week 2 against the New York Jets. He is getting a golden opportunity with George Kittle on the shelf, but Reed's fantasy appeal remains rather limited. San Francisco hosts Washington in Week 14.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed (illness) had two receptions for 18 yards versus the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, Nov. 29.

Huddle Up: Reed trailed only Deebo Samuel in looks, but that only resulted in two grabs. He's a capable producer, though, and as long as Reed is healthy (and George Kittle isn't) he offers weekly TE1 potential.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed (illness) is officially active for the Week 12 game.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: Reed has had a solid role in the passing game over the last several weeks and should see a handful of targets against the Los Angeles Rams. He can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed (illness) did not participate in practice Friday, Nov. 27, and is listed as questionable for Week 12.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: Reed may be a game-time decision this week, so fantasy players will need to check the inactive list for his status. He is coming off his best game of the season and can be a low-end No. 1 fantasy tight end if he plays.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed (illness) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 26.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: Reed has a few days to recover from the illness, so fantasy players will need to monitor the situation. He has been the team's starting tight end over the last few weeks and is coming off one of his better games of the season. He would be facing a tough opponent but could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in some leagues.

San Francisco 49ers LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (hamstring) and CB K'Waun Williams (ankle) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 26. LB Azeez Al-Shaair (illness), LB Dre Greenlaw (illness) and TE Jordan Reed (illness) were added to the injury report Thursday and also did not practice. DL Arik Armstead (non-injury), RB Tevin Coleman (knee) and WR Deebo Samuel (hamstring) were limited. OL Hroniss Grasu (non-injury) practiced in full.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed registered five receptions for 62 yards on six targets in Week 10 against the New Orleans Saints.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: Reed has always had plenty of talent, but he has had a tough time staying on the field for lengths of time. He has been filling in with George Kittle banged up, but the team has a bye in Week 11, giving Kittle two more weeks to heal. Reed is likely to see a minimal role once Kittle is ready.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed (knee) had one reception for three yards in Week 9 against the Green Bay Packers. He was targeted twice.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: There was some thought that Reed would be heavily involved offensively Thursday night given the 49ers' lengthy injury list, but that was not the case as Reed played only 13 snaps (Ross Dwelley played 42). It's possible that the team didn't want to ask too much of the oft-injured Reed right after he came off the IR, or they might simply view Dwelley as a better option at this point. We should know more in Week 10, though if you're hurting at the position and have a spot to stash Reed it might not be a bad move.

San Francisco 49ers TE Jordan Reed (knee) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list Thursday, Nov. 5, and expected to play in Week 9 against the Green Bay Packers.
SOURCE: Not available
Huddle Up: The 49ers have been ravaged by injuries; their first-string quarterback and tight end, top three running backs and top three receivers are all out for this game and most of them for longer than that. Fantasy owners are advised to check the inactives list just to make sure Reed isn't on it, but there's a good chance he'll be the most targeted pass-catcher for San Francisco this evening. He's a risky bet to start in fantasy for sure, but the complete lack of other viable alternatives in this offense and likely negative game script puts him on the TE1 radar.
