Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard finished with two carries for 12 yards and gained 33 yards on his only reception during the preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks Sunday, Aug. 23.
Huddle Up: Pollard may not provide a lot of explosive outings, but he has been a relatively steady performer. He has topped 1,000 rushing yards and 1,300 yards from scrimmage in each of the last four seasons. Pollard can be a high-floor flex option.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard (foot) participated in practice Wednesday, Aug. 19, after being sidelined for a few days.
Huddle Up: Pollard should see a majority of the carries in the running game again this season but will be sharing playing time with Tyjae Spears. He can be at least a No. 3 running back in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard rushed four times for 22 yards and a touchdown in the preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers Thursday, Aug. 13.
Huddle Up: Pollard isn't flashy, but he has topped 1,000 yards in four straight seasons, including both his seasons in Tennessee. Pollard lacks much of a ceiling, but he can be a high-floor, reliable flex option.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard could be part of "a more balanced committee" this season, according to Nick Arvin of SI.com.
Huddle Up: Pollard has quietly topped 1,000 rushing yards in each of the past four seasons, and he has handled at least 275 touches in each of his last three seasons. If he handles a similar workload in 2026, Pollard should be a solid flex option. If the Titans do divide touches more evenly, Pollard could struggle to be more than a RB4.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard is one of just two NFL backs to run for at least 1,000 yards in each of the past two seasons, with Baltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry the other back in that exclusive club. He has played in at least 15 games in each of his seven NFL seasons, as durability has been key. "The work ethic, everything that I'm doing behind the scenes, it's paying off," Pollard said, via The Associated Press. "I slowly feel like throughout my career I've just slowly progressed more and more, and I feel like I'm still trending in that direction."
Huddle Up: The 29-year-old tailback seems to fly under the radar a bit with fantasy managers, but he has 25 rushing touchdowns across the past four seasons, with at least five in each campaign. He also has 33 or more receptions in five consecutive seasons, so he can be a strong contributor in PPR fantasy formats, too. He won't be selected as a RB1 for most fantasy managers, but you can do far worse for your RB2 or flex fantasy option in the middle rounds on draft day. The fact the Titans should be slightly improved bodes well for his fantasy outlook, too.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard could be cut this offseason, in the opinion of NFL.com's Matt Okada.
Huddle Up: Tony Pollard needs a fresh start and will get one if he is cut this offseason. He could sign to be a part of a rotation, but it is hard to imagine him having a fantasy impact in 2026.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard rushed for 48 yards on 14 carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 18. He also caught three passes for 17 yards during the game.
Huddle Up: Pollard was able to record at least 1,000 rushing yards for the fourth straight season and should be the starting running back for the Titans again in 2026. He can be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back in leagues next season.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard rushed 18 times for 85 yards in Week 17 against the New Orleans Saints, while adding two receptions for 10 yards on two targets. He ended up going over the 1,000-yard rushing yard, too, hitting that milestone for the fourth consecutive season.
Huddle Up: Pollard had his three-game streak with at least 100 yards snapped, but the rushing and total scrimmage yards were still pretty good. Pollard is finishing up strong, and he'll look to keep up the good work in Week 18 on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard rushed 21 times for 102 yards in Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs, and he was not targeted in the passing game.
Huddle Up: Pollard has exploded for three consecutive 100-yard games, although his modest touchdown streak of two games came to a close. Still, he has re-emerged as a dependable RB2 in most fantasy leagues, and it has come as quite a surprise, too.

Tennessee Titans RB Tony Pollard rushed 14 times for 104 yards and a touchdown in Week 15 against the San Francisco 49ers, while adding a single 8-yard reception on two targets.
Huddle Up: Pollard is saving his best for last, as he posted his first triple-digit rushing yardage game last week, and now he has two in a row. He has rushed for 265 yards and three touchdowns in the past two games after posting just two total scores in his first 12 outings. Pollard can be bumped up the rankings and trusted as a low-end RB2 or flex fantasy play heading into Week 16 against the Kansas City Chiefs, who might not have a ton of motivation after being eliminated from the playoff chase in Week 15.
