Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak told the media that the team will adopt a committee approach to its backfield. Kubiak was quoted as saying, "It's important for (Ashton) Jeanty to have a wingman."
Huddle Up: Jeanty working in a committee isn't the worst news to fantasy players' ears. In Seattle, Kubiak used both Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet, with Walker remaining the lead back. This should help Jeanty stay fresh later in games, but fantasy players can understandably proceed with caution.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty can't fix the running game on his own, according to head coach Klint Kubiak. "Very excited about Jeanty's talent, but the thing I would tell him and all his teammates is that it's not just about one guy," Kubiak said. "We gotta get the line on the same page, we gotta get our quarterback to get the right run checks. We gotta get our receivers to block for him, alright, so that we can get the play-action going. As soon as our players can realize that it's a team thing, it's not an individual thing, we're gonna be successful."
Huddle Up: Jeanty had to work for every yard as a rookie, but with a few offseason additions, along with Kubiak's offensive system, it wouldn't be surprise to see Jeanty's numbers improve in 2026. His volume alone makes him a RB2, and a RB1 season isn't out of the question.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty averaged only 1.6 yards before contact during the 2025 regular season.
Huddle Up: Jeanty finished the season with 975 rushing yards and did average 3.7 yards per carry during the season. He will be working in a new offensive system next season but should continue to be a big part of the offense. He can be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back in all fantasy leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty gained 863 of his 975 rushing yards after contact in 2025.
Huddle Up: Jeanty failed to live up to the high expectations that followed him into the league, but he didn't exactly get much help from his offensive line. He still managed to top 1,300 yards from scrimmage and score 10 times, and his 55 receptions were a reminder of his receiving ability. If the Raiders can make some upgrades on offense before next season, Jeanty could quickly become a weekly RB1.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty logged a season-high 26 carries for 87 yards and caught three of his five targets for seven yards in Week 18 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Huddle Up: Jeanty's rookie season will be considered a disappointment for what most expect from a No. 6 overall draft pick, but that really should not be the case. The Boise State product ran behind arguably the league's worst offensive line for most of the year and operated in an offense led by a play-caller (Chip Kelly) who has proven he cannot adapt once the league adapts to him. It should not come as a surprise if Jeanty falls into the late second or early third round of fantasy drafts this spring and summer, which would make him a great value if the Raiders can upgrade a few key spots this offseason - starting with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty had 16 rushes for 60 yards in Week 17 against the New York Giants, while going for two receptions and 13 yards on two targets.
Huddle Up: Jeanty didn't do a lot against a very giving defense, so you could say it was a bit of a disappointment after the rookie scorched a top-tier Houston defense in Week 16 for 128 rushing yards, 60 receiving yards and two total TDs. Still, Jeanty has looks good at times behind one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL. The arrow is certainly pointing up for Jeanty heading into 2026.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty is expected to play in Week 17's game versus the New York Giants, according to a source.
Huddle Up: There had been some speculation that Jeanty would be held out of action because both the Raiders and Giants are vying for the first overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. He should be viewed as a low-end RB2 or flex option in fantasy leagues because his upside is limited by the struggles of the Las Vegas offense, particularly the offensive line, which is considered to be one of the worst units in the league.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty rushed 24 times for 128 yards and a touchdown in Week 16 against the Houston Texans, and he had a 60-yard touchdown on his lone reception on two targets.
Huddle Up: It was Jeanty's first 100-yard game since he had career-best 138 yards against the Chicago Bears in Week 4, which was also his only multi-touchdown game. This was a stunner, as Jeanty rolled up the huge scrimmage yardage totals and two scores against the Texans, one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty rushed just nine times for 35 yards in Week 15 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while adding four receptions for seven yards on six targets.
Huddle Up: Jeanty saw his rushing attempts limited with the game out of hand. Jeanty is going to be looked at for his stats, and not being terribly productive, but he is a good player. The offensive line for the Raiders is one of the worst in the league, and the offense, as a whole, is a disaster. If the Raiders get some help to surround Jeanty with some NFL-caliber talent, he could still pan out.

Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty gained 30 yards on 10 carries and caught two passes for eight yards in a 24-17 loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 14.
Huddle Up: Running room continues to be tough to come by for Jeanty, and unlike in recent weeks, he didn't make much of an impact in the passing game either. Jeanty continues to survive on heavy volume, but his upside is going to remain capped by the struggles of the Las Vegas offense.
