Cleveland Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. (undisclosed) did not participate in the voluntary workout Wednesday, May 20.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation, but it does not appear like Fannin is dealing with a serious injury. He will be the main tight end for the Browns this upcoming season and should be a No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues after a terrific rookie season.

Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders has made significant progress with his progressions and operating of the offense this offseason, according to head coach Todd Monken.
Huddle Up: Sanders is a candidate for the starting quarterback job but appears to be behind Deshaun Watson at this point in the competition. Fantasy players can monitor the situation during training camp, but Sanders will only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he starts.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, leg) is participating in individual drills during the voluntary workout Wednesday, May 20.
Huddle Up: Judkins is returning from serious injuries but seems to be on track to be a full participant when training camp starts. He will be the main running back for the Browns when healthy and can be a No. 2 running back in fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson has reportedly enjoyed his early time with head coach Todd Monken and his coaching staff. "I'm told he's hit it off with (Monken), who's got an offensive concept, some elements that Watson has run in the past and been his best at," ESPN national reporter Jeremy Fowler remarked. The team begins organized team activities (OTAs) this week.
Huddle Up: Watson has been sidelined over the first few years of his Cleveland tenure for various reasons, from suspension to a shoulder injury, then a torn Achilles' tendon. If he is 100 percent, he could have a little rust in the early going, but there is still a lot left in the tank. Watson is only 30 years with a lot of tread left on the tires. He is expected to battle Shedeur Sanders for the No. 1 job, and if he has any of his pre-injury form, he should be able to lock down the assignment. Still, he would be nothing more than a low-end QB2 in most fantasy leagues to start, and managers should be extremely cautious.

Cleveland Browns WR Denzel Boston said he has been working on improving his quickness out of routes this offseason.
Huddle Up: Boston should have a solid role in the passing game during his rookie season and will likely see a handful of targets each game. He will not be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues but can be a No. 4 or No. 5 receiver in most fantasy leagues.

Updating previous reporting, Cleveland Browns WR Denzel Boston signed a fully guaranteed four-year deal worth $12.385 million, with a $5.467 million signing bonus.
Huddle Up: Boston joins the Browns, where, after Jerry Jeudy, there is plenty of opportunity amongst the Cleveland wide receivers. It's a wide-open passing game for whoever the quarterback will be in Week 1 for the Browns, but Boston is certainly draftable in fantasy football to see if he can take a job and run with it in the beginning of the 2026 season.

Cleveland Browns WR Jerry Jeudy is a player the team believes will "flourish" this season and reclaim his role as the No. 1 receiver, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Huddle Up: After topping 1,200 receiving yards in 2024, Jeudy managed just 602 yards last season. Stable quarterback play would likely go a long way to helping Jeudy return to form, but that is far from a guarantee in 2026. Jeudy should be viewed as a high-risk, high-reward WR3 or WR4.

Cleveland Browns WR KC Concepcion said he believes QB Shadeur Sanders is a great leader and is looking forwarding to working with him. "I just can't wait to build that relationship and build that connection with him," Concepcion said.
Huddle Up: Concepcion should immediately add an explosive element to the the Cleveland passing attack, but he may be more of a boom-or-bust option, at least to begin his career. Concepcion has a chance to eventually emerge as one of the main playmakers for the Browns, making him a first-round candidate in rookie drafts.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson emerged from voluntary minicamp last week with an edge over QB Shedeur Sanders in the starting quarterback competition, according to sources.
Huddle Up: Watson turns 31 in September and is about six years from being relevant in fantasy now. If he wins the gig, he'll be a QB2 in fantasy without a lot of upside.

University of Washington WR Denzel Boston was selected by the Cleveland Browns with the 39th overall selection in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Huddle Up: Boston should have a chance to earn a solid role right away with the Browns if he performs well during training camp. Fantasy players can monitor his progress during camp because he can be a late round pick in some fantasy drafts.

Texas A&M WR KC Concepcion was selected by the Cleveland Browns with the No. 24 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Huddle Up: Concepcion should add some explosiveness to the Cleveland offense, and his big-play speed will give him instant fantasy upside. He will be worth a look in the middle of the first round of rookie drafts.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle, fibula) has been on the field during the voluntary offseason program this week.
Huddle Up: Judkins suffered a serious injury during the 2025 season but seems to be on track to return to the lineup in 2026. He should be the main running back for the Browns if healthy and can be a No. 2 or No. 3 running back in fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders is taking snaps with the first team offense during the team's offseason program. QB Deshaun Watson was in with the second team offense.
Huddle Up: Sanders being in the first team at this point doesn't speak to too much, but it is worth watching going forward. Watson being on the second team is what makes the most sense, given that he is coming back from his injury. Whoever starts the OTAs or minicamp is going to carry more weight, so there's no need to make any fantasy adjustments at this time.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (Achilles) has been working out with WR Jerry Jeudy in Florida this offseason.
Huddle Up: Watson is working his way back from an Achilles injury but seems to have a chance to compete for the starting quarterback job in 2026. Fantasy players can monitor his situation, but he would be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he won the job.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson and Shedeur Sanders will have an open competition to see who will be the starting quarterback in Cleveland this season, in the opinion of Cameron Wolfe of ESPN on Saturday, March 28.
Huddle Up: Both quarterbacks have work to do to get in the good graces of fantasy managers. Watson is an extreme longshot to provide anywhere close to the fantasy value he did in Houston from 2017 through 2020. Sanders had moments of brilliance but also had as many moments of being a rookie fifth-round quarterback in 2025, with more interceptions (10) than touchdowns (7) in eight games and seven starts. No matter who comes out the winner in this competition, they'll be a low-end QB2 in multiple-QB fantasy formats, and a desperation streamer in single-QB leagues.

Cleveland Browns TE Blake Whiteheart reportedly did not have a tender applied by the Browns, making him an unrestricted free agent, according to Daniel Oyefusi on Wednesday, March 11.
Huddle Up: Whiteheart split time with David Njoku and Harold Fannin Jr. as a depth tight end in 2025 and as more of a blocker than a receiver. He's not fantasy relevant, so you can safely ignore Whiteheart moving forward.

Cleveland Browns QBs Shedeur Sanders and Deshaun Watson will be among those competing to be the team's starting quarterback in 2026, according to GM Andrew Berry on Tuesday, Feb. 24.
Huddle Up: New Browns coach Todd Monken did not commit to Sanders, who started the final seven games in 2025, as the starter at his introductory news conference. Berry also previously said that the Browns are expected to search for a quarterback addition this offseason.

Cleveland Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle) will be ready for training camp, according to general manager Andrew Berry.
Huddle Up: Judkins dislocated his ankle in Week 16 of the season. While he may be back, that is a quick turnaround for that type of injury, so fantasy players may have tempered expectations to start the season before he hits full gear later on.

Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry said the team will not rule out drafting a quarterback, saying, "I wouldn't put any restraints on that."
Huddle Up: Shedeur Sanders became the team's starter in the middle of the last season. While he admits it is not off the table, it seems Sanders shareholders need not panic yet.

Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins posted the lowest yards per attempt (3.6) among all running backs with at least 200 rushing attempts in the 2025 NFL season, according to Sports Info Solutions.
Huddle Up: The first six NFL games for Judkins up to Week 7 were very solid, as he scored five touchdowns and posted 4.3 yards per rush attempt. After that point until his season-ending leg injury in Week 16, Judkins averaged just 3.0 YPA and scored just two rushing touchdowns as the offense cratered with the quarterback combination of Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders. Whether Judkins will be healthy in Week 1 of 2026 remains to be seen, but it doesn't help matters when all five of the team's starting offensive linemen are set to hit free agency. A healthy Judkins will see the bulk of the volume, but the efficiency with that volume is a work in progress. He should be drafted in all formats as a low-end RB2 or high-end RB3 because of his youth and opportunity, but note that there is plenty of downside thanks to the Browns' offensive environment.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (Achilles) started working out earlier this week and was scheduled to start throwing Wednesday, Feb. 11, according to a source. He has been medically cleared and is not expected to be limited during his workouts.
Huddle Up: The Browns quarterback situation is uncertain for 2026, so fantasy players should monitor the situation to see if Watson has a chance at the starting job in 2026. He was not playing well before his injuries and will be only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he starts.

Cleveland Browns head coach was asked if QB Shedeur Sanders would be QB1 for the team in 2026, and he said that it is to be determined. He added he "absolutely" can earn the job, though.
Huddle Up: Sanders will likely be in the driver's seat for the Browns QB1 job during training camp. He is going to have to prove himself to a new coaching staff, and if he does, he can be a QB2 in two-quarterback leagues in 2026.

Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson is expected to be on the 2026 roster at this point, but general manager Andrew Berry said the team will not need to make a final decision for a while.
Huddle Up: Watson missed the entire season because of his Achilles injury, so fantasy players should monitor the situation this offseason to see if he receives the chance to compete for the starting job. He was not posting great numbers before the injury and would only be a low-end No. 2 quarterback if he starts.

Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders made solid improvements this season but is still a work in progress, according to general manager Andrew Berry. Berry said he is not sure if the starting quarterback for next season is currently on the roster.
Huddle Up: The Browns will likely look to add a quarterback in either free agency or the NFL Draft, so Sanders will have competition for the starting job next season. He will be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback in 2026 if he earns the starting job.

Cleveland Browns WR Jerry Jeudy ended up with two receptions for 17 yards on six targets in Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals, while going for a 5-yard run on his only attempt.
Huddle Up: Jeudy had a very trying season working with the turnstile at quarterback, as Joe Flacco, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders all worked under center. Jeudy showed WR1 fantasy ability working with a stable QB in 2024, but things fell apart in 2025. He has some upside, and could re-emerge as a strong fantasy value in the late rounds on draft day if Cleveland can get an NFL-caliber signal caller under center for the long haul.

Cleveland Browns RB Raheim Sanders rushed five times for 26 yards in Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals, while posting a 7-yard reception on his lone target.
Huddle Up: Sanders could see some valuable touches in 2026 with the current assortment of personnel, as Quinshon Judkins is unlikely to be ready for the start of the new season after suffering a gruesome injury in December. The team could bring in a veteran, or draft some help at the position, but if not, Sanders could have a decent role. However, his fantasy appeal remains rather minimal.

Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson rushed 10 times for 32 yards in Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals, while adding two receptions for 12 yards on three targets.
Huddle Up: Sampson has some upside heading into 2026, especially early in the season, as rookie Quinshon Judkins suffered a gruesome injury late in the season, and it's likely he won't ready for the start of the new campaign. As it stands, Sampson would have some fantasy appeal, but it all depends on if the Browns elect to bring in more veteran help or add personnel via the draft.

Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders completed 11-of-22 passes for 111 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals, while running three times for 26 yards with one lost fumble.
Huddle Up: Sanders got a long look down the stretch, flashing some glimpses of brilliance at times, while looking like a green rookie at other times. It's uncertain if he did enough to secure the starting job long term. If Kevin Stefanski is relieved of his coaching duties, that could change the direction the team goes at the position, too, so Sanders' outlook for 2026 is rather murky. There are a ton of very good QBs in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Cleveland Browns RB Dylan Sampson (hand) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 2, and is not on the injury report for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Sampson received a majority of the carries last week but did not have much success in the running game. He will probably share playing time with Raheim Sanders again this week but could be a possible flex option in some fantasy leagues.

Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders (back, finger) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 2, and is not on the injury report for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Sanders has thrown two touchdowns and seven interceptions over the last three games and has been held to under 200 passing yards in all three games. He should have a favorable matchup this week but only be a possible option in some two-quarterback leagues.
