New England Patriots PK Andres Borregales has won the kicking job, as the team waived PK John Parker Romo on Tuesday, Aug. 26.
Huddle Up: While Borregales might be holding it down in Foxboro now, he is a risky fantasy option likely to remain on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues. The elements are tough in New England, especially as the season goes deep into winter.

New England Patriots PKs Andres Borregales and John Parker Romo are battling for the starting placekicker job in training camp. Both players were 4-for-4 in full-team field-goal drills, and the two are 23-of-25 during training camp so far.
Huddle Up: It's uncertain who will be the winner of the job, but the Patriots kicker hasn't been terribly useful from a fantasy perspective in recent years. At this point, the Patriots kicking job winner is likely to be a free-agent in Week 1 in most fantasy formats.
