Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell is expected to be more involved in the passing game under offensive advisor Gary Kubiak, according to head coach Mike Zimmer.
Huddle Up: Treadwell has posted only 517 yards and one touchdown since entering the league, but the team may be looking for a No. 3 receiver. Owners can monitor the situation over the offseason to see if he will see more targets in 2019.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell averaged 5.7 yards per target last year, the fourth-worst mark among receivers with at least 50 targets, and Bill Barnwell of ESPN.com expects Treadwell's fifth-year option to be declined.
Huddle Up: The former first-round pick has been a bust, and he didn't show any signs of righting the ship despite a bigger role in 2018. Even in dynasty formats, it may be time to give up on Treadwell.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell will start the team's Week 9 game Sunday, Nov. 4, in place of the injured Stefon Diggs (ribs).
Huddle Up: Treadwell is averaging 4.6 targets per game this season, but this will be the first time that either Diggs and fellow target monster Adam Thielen -- who are averaging a combined 22.6 targets per contest -- has missed a game. So expect Treadwell to get a few more looks, but expect Diggs' target share to be spread around amongst several players, leaving Treadwell as more of a dart-throw flex play.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell was targeted seven times against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4. He caught four of them for 47 yards.
Huddle Up: Despite some high-profile miscues that were called out by Joe Buck and Troy Aikman, Treadwell continues to see snaps and, more importantly, targets from Kirk Cousins -- only Stefan Diggs (15) and Adam Thielen (12) were targeted more often than Treadwell among Cousins' 50 attempts. Treadwell's value is nil as long as Diggs and Thielen are around, but he's not a bad name to add to your watch list in the event one of them goes down.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell posted two catches for 23 yards and a touchdown in Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: Treadwell was targeted six times, so he could be someone in the mix as a WR5 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. If something happens to Stefon Diggs or Adam Thielen, he might have even more appeal. The Vikings host the Bills in Week 3.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell has been working as the third receiver with the first-team offense during OTAs.
Huddle Up: Treadwell will have to really turn things around to shed his bust label. Yes, there's always a chance the former first-round pick will flip the switch, but he can be left on the waiver wire to start the year.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell said he expects to make a leap in terms of his play this upcoming season. 'I do think I'll be able to take a leap, but I wouldn't say a big leap. I mean, I just feel like every year you?re going to experience different things,' Treadwell said.
Huddle Up: Treadwell is expected to compete for the No. 3 receiver job for the Vikings during training camp. He has posted only 25 receptions and 215 yards since entering the league two years ago and will not be a great fantasy option this season.

Updating a previous report, Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell needs to 'get out of his own way,' according to head coach Mike Zimmer. The remark comes a day after Vikings general manager Rick Spielman said Treadwell needs to relax and not press so hard. Zimmer wasn't as diplomatic Thursday, March 1, saying, 'He's a guy that works extremely hard, probably doesn't do things the right way all of the time. We'll be in training camp and he'll run the stadium steps at night, which is not helping him for practice the next day. He thinks he's trying to get better, trying to get better, he's just going about it the wrong way. So he needs to get out of his own way.'
Huddle Up: Treadwell has a whopping 21 catches in two years after being a first-round pick. He was lapped by Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen, and fantasy owners should maintain low expectations for now. This may genuinely be a situation where a player (Treadwell) needs to be in a new environment with different coaches or veterans around him to maximize his chances of success.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell is being counted upon for a big jump in 2018, his third NFL season. General manager Rick Spielman said Tuesday, Feb. 28, that he is hopeful for the former first-round pick will take a step forward. 'It's going to be a big year for him. Hoping to see that jump this year,' Spielman said. 'I know he does work extremely hard at it. He's a pleaser. He wants to do good. You just got to learn to relax a little bit and not press so much - enjoy playing. Don't put so much pressure on yourself.'
Huddle Up: Treadwell made just one reception in his rookie season, and he bumped up to 20 catches and 200 yards with a slightly larger role in the offense in 2017. He has a ton of upside, but so far he isn't worth anything more than a speculative pick in the later rounds of deeper fantasy leagues.

Minnesota Vikings WR Laquon Treadwell could be shopped this offseason for a draft pick, according to Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com.
Huddle Up: Treadwell has been a bust in Minnesota, and a change of scenery could be best for both him and the Vikings at this point. Treadwell value is limited to dynasty leagues for now.
