Baltimore Ravens WR Chris Moore is being hailed as a potential breakout candidate in 2019 by owner Steve Bisciotti and head coach John Harbaugh. 'It's up to the player to make the move and do something about it. But I would say Chris is ready to do that and has been ready to do that. He practices really hard, he works hard in the weight room, he knows the offense very well, and he makes spectacular catches out here very often.'
Huddle Up: Moore, a fourth-round pick in 2016, has 44 career receptions for 490 yards and four touchdowns over three years in the league. He'll enter the year behind Willie Snead and rookie Marquise Brown on the team's depth chart, battling Jordan Lasley, Miles Boykin, and Michael Floyd for targets from sophomore QB Lamar Jackson.

Baltimore Ravens WR Chris Moore (knee) likely will be in the starting lineup for the Week 17 game if WR Jeremy Maclin is ruled out for the game.
Huddle Up: Moore has received some targets over the last few weeks but is not a strong fantasy option in any league.

Baltimore Ravens WR Chris Moore (hip) suffered a hip injury in the second half of the Week 14 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He posted three grabs for 48 yards and a touchdown before departing.
Huddle Up: Despite the touchdown he isn't someone to rely upon very heavily in most fantasy leagues, especially as long as Mike Wallace and Jeremy Maclin are healthy.
