Seattle Seahawks RB George Holani received the bulk of the snaps with the first-team offense during the Seahawks' six full-squad practice sessions that were open to reporters, according to ESPN.com's Brady Henderson. Holani, Jadarian Price and Emanuel Wilson are expected to share playing time in the Seattle backfield while RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) recovers from a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
Huddle Up: According to Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald, Charbonnet is ahead of schedule in his rehab and has a chance to play in the season opener versus the New England Patriots Sept. 9. However, if he is forced to miss extended time, Seattle will use a committee of running backs to replace him. Price has a higher fantasy upside than Holani in standard formats but Holani is a slightly better option in PPR leagues because of his pass-catching ability.

Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price "looked plenty capable as a pass catcher" during spring practices, according to Brady Henderson of ESPN.com.
Huddle Up: Price is expected to be part of a committee in Seattle's backfield, especially while Zach Charbonnet is recovering from knee surgery. If Price can help out in the passing game, it will only help his playing time. Price should have real flex appeal, but he could be a little big-play dependent early on.

Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price will reportedly "share time" with RBs George Holani and Emanuel Wilson as Seattle waits for RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) to return from injury, according to a source on Monday, June 29. Price was also not drafted with the thought that he'd become a high-volume starter right away.
Huddle Up: Price was drafted in the first round by the Seahawks this past April, and it's looking like he's going to be in a committee to start out 2026. He'll always have the chance to force Seattle's hand, but he's a high-upside swing at running back for fantasy football. That said, drafting him in sixth round seems a bit much, so it's likely his price on draft day this summer may come down.

Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price has played entire drives with the first-team offense during mandatory minicamp.
Huddle Up: Price worked behind or spelled George Holani during OTAs, but it looks like the Seahawks are giving Price an increased role. Holani and Price will likely share the workload while Zach Charbonnet continues his recovery from knee surgery, but Price figures to have the higher upside, especially in dynasty formats. Even in redraft leagues, Price could be a RB3 candidate.

Seattle Seahawks RB George Holani and Jadarian Price share snaps with the first-team offense during the voluntary workout Wednesday, June 3.
Huddle Up: Holani and Price will likely share playing time with the starting offense until Zach Charbonnet is able to return to the lineup. It is not known how the two running backs will be used, so fantasy players will need to monitor the situation during training camp. Love probably has more fantasy value than Holani and can be a No. 3 running back. Holani can be a No. 3 or No. 4 back until Charbonnet returns.

Seattle Seahawks first-round draft choice RB Jadarian Price agreed to terms on a four-year contract with the Seahawks Friday, May 29, according to a source. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal includes a fifth-year option.
Huddle Up: Price should have a big role in the offense during his rookie season even if Zach Charbonnet is available at the start of the season. Price can be considered a No. 3 or No. 4 running back in fantasy leagues.

Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price is viewed as a replacement for RB Kenneth Walker III (Chiefs), but he isn't the clear-cut RB1 with RBs Emanuel Wilson and George Holani in the mix, and RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) expected back at some point. The team isn't asking Price to go from RB2 in college to a high-volume starter in the NFL. He averaged roughly 18.5 snaps and nearly nine touches per game over the past two seasons at Notre Dame, and he also returned kickoffs, so he could be used in that role, even with the presence of WR Rashid Shaheed.
Huddle Up: Price is likely to see a decent share of offensive touches early in his rookie season, at least until Charbonnet is healthy enough to return. With his coming back from a major injury, Charbonnet could be brought along slowly, so Price could have a meaningful role all season. However, his work in training camp and the preseason really dictates what his fantasy value will be, as the veteran Wilson has NFL experience, and Holani really came on down the stretch of the Super Bowl run. Plus, Price didn't get a lot of work catching the ball out of the backfield, which is something he needs to improve upon to get more playing time.

Seattle Seahawks first-round pick RB Jadarian Price fits the team's outside-zone running scheme as that's the system he ran in at Notre Dame. Notre Dame running backs coach Ja'Juan Seider says that system is Price's "love language." Seider also noted that Price's experience making an impact while sharing snaps with Jeremiyah Love will also benefit him once RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) returns.
Huddle Up: Charbonnet could miss the start of the season after tearing his ACL in the playoffs. That means Price will have a chance, for lack of a better pun, to take the ball and run with it. He'll be an RB2 early in the season, but be careful of overdrafting. Once Charbonnet returns, Price will shift back into an RB3 or RB4 role on your roster.

Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price "won't have to be a bell cow right away", sources tell ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Huddle Up: The Seahawks will still be missing Zach Charbonnet to start the year, following his torn ACL. Price offers significant upside despite the warning about his usage. He can be an RB2 or flex option to start the season until usage shows otherwise.

Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider wanted to move back, but no deal materialized for them in regard to the 32nd overall pick. The team drafted RB Jadarian Price at the end of Round 1.
