Miami Dolphins WR Jalen Reagor worked as the No. 3 receiver in the preseason opener Friday, Aug. 14, against the Washington Commanders. He was working ahead of WRs Tutu Atwell, Jalen Tolbert, and others, seeing reps alongside WRs Caleb Douglas and Malik Washington. "He had earned the right through practices to put himself in that situation," head coach Jeff Hafley said. "I like the way he strained. He's catching the ball well. Run after the catch has good. He's blocking well."
Huddle Up: Reagor is a journeyman receiver, and Miami's wide receiver situation is as bit patchwork, while working with Malik Willis under center. The passing offense should be a struggle most of the season, and even if Reagor can nail down the No. 3 job, he isn't someone worthy of fantasy consideration outside of the deepest of leagues.

Miami Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas is listed as one of the starting wide receivers on the team's first unofficial depth chart because he has been consistent during training camp, according to head coach Jeff Hafley.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins moved on from multiple receivers during the offseason, so Douglas has a chance to be a starter right away. He is off to a strong start and will see a handful of targets each game if he earns a solid role. He could be a late round pick in some deeper leagues but will not be a starting option most weeks.

Miami Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas has been stringing together solid practices during training camp and had his "best day" thus far on Friday, July 31, according to Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com
Huddle Up: The path to targets in the Miami offense is wide open, and Douglas is building some early momentum. If he continues to shine throughout training camp and opens the year as a starter, he could be worth a late-round flyer in deeper leagues.

Miami Dolphins WR Caleb Douglas has a chance to earn a starting role this season, according to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network.
Huddle Up: Douglas being in the mix to start probably says more about Miami's situation at receiver than it does about Douglas, but the path to snaps at wide receiver is wide open. It is unlikely that any Miami receiver produces big numbers, but someone has to be the de facto No. 1 option, and that someone could be Douglas. His role is at least worth watching.

Texas Tech WR Caleb Douglas was selected by the Miami Dolphins with 75th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Huddle Up: Douglas will be a big target in a Miami receiving room that is lacking an obvious No. 1 option. He is a name worth keeping an eye on throughout the offseason to see if he can push a for significant playing time.
