Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate has impressed with his large catch radius and consistent hands-catching ability. The Titans have started to move Tate across the formation rather than always having him on the ball.
Huddle Up: Tate has an ADP of 72, which puts him in the WR3 range. There are still questions about the offense and how much that will hold him back in fantasy, but he is an upside WR3 option.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate was unable to catch either of his two targets during the preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks Sunday, Aug. 23.
Huddle Up: Although it is only the preseason, Tate has now failed to catch all five of his targets across two games. The good news is that Tate will have a big role in the offense, and he a great chance to become the No. 1 option in the passing attack as a rookie. Tate can be considered a low-end WR3 with upside.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate (undisclosed) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Aug. 19, because of stiffness.
Huddle Up: It does not appear that Tate is dealing with a serious issue, so he should return to practice in the near future. He should have a significant role right away and can be at least a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate has impressed during his first training camp, per ESPN's Turron Davenport, who writes that the rookie's ability to run the full route tree is among his "standout traits."
Huddle Up: Tennessee desperately needs someone to step up for Cam Ward, last year's No. 1 overall pick. They hope it will be Tate, who was selected fourth overall back in April. His performance in camp has been encouraging, and there's a lot more upside in the rookie than there is in Calvin Ridely or Wan'Dale Robinson. He'd be a bit of a risk as a WR3, but if he clicks with Ward, Tate could push toward the top 25 wideouts.

Tennessee Titans first-round pick WR Carnell Tate has impressed teammates with his polish as a rookie. "For a rookie to come in, doing some of the things that he's doing is really, really exciting," CB Alontae Taylor said. "Come Sundays, he's going to be very exciting to watch."
Huddle Up: Tate figures to be a main cog in the offense and will be a WR3 in fantasy.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate said he will be working on better understanding the offensive system leading up to the start of training camp.
Huddle Up: Tate is in line for a big role right away with the Titans and will probably be the main target for Cam Ward. He can be considered at least a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate caught three touchdowns during the voluntary workout Thursday, May 21.
Huddle Up: Tate is in line to be one of the focal points in the Titans offense this upcoming season and seems to be building a connection with Cam Ward. He can be considered at least a No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues and will likely become a weekly starting option in leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate signed his rookie deal with the team on Tuesday, May 12. The contract is a four-year, $51.1 million deal that includes a $33,649,028 signing bonus.
Huddle Up: Carnell Tate has a chance to emerge as the WR1 by the end of his rookie season. Despite the presence of Calvin Ridley, his style will be more complementary to QB Cam Ward, which makes him a reliable WR3 heading into the 2026 season.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate has agreed to terms on a four-year, $51.1 million deal, which includes a $33,649,028 million signing bonus on Friday, May 8.
Huddle Up: Tate was drafted fourth overall by the Titans and will ostensibly be their top wide receiver for 2026. It remains to be seen if last season's top overall pick, quarterback Cam Ward, can make a second-year leap, but the drafting of Tate gives Ward a huge weapon. Tate is a solid fantasy WR3 with huge upside if this Titans' passing game gels right away.
