New England Patriots RB Sony Michel rushed 10 times for 69 yards in Week 16 against the Buffalo Bills and he was not involved in the pass game, targeted zero times.
Huddle Up: Michel averaged a healthy 6.9 yards per tote on the ground, and the Patriots averaged 6.0 yards per attempt. That wasn't the issue in their loss, it was the ugly pass game. Michel and the Patriots will finish up in Week 17 against the New York Jets.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel rushed 10 times for 74 yards in Week 15 against the Miami Dolphins and he added an eight-yard reception on his only target.
Huddle Up: Michel is healthy and running well again. He missed over two months after his best performance of the season when he had 117 yards against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 3. He'll look to keep finishing on a high note in Week 16 against the Buffalo Bills on Monday.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel had seven carries for 22 yards against the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday, Dec. 10.
Huddle Up: Michel now has 17 carries for just 57 yards in two games since being activated from IR. He could be in for an expanded role if Damien Harris (back) misses time with a back injury, though, so keep an eye on that as Michel has a chance to be a solid late-season addition for desperate owners.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel rushed 10 times for 35 yards in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Chargers and he added one reception for 23 yards on his only target.
Huddle Up: Michel was back in action for the first time since Sept. 27, and he filled in for the inactive Rex Burkhead admirably. If he continues to see double-digit touches he is worth using in deeper fantasy leagues heading into Week 14 against the Rams on Thursday night.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel is expected to split carries with RB Damien Harris in Week 12's game versus the Arizona Cardinals.
Huddle Up: Harris is expected to remain the Patriots' bell cow and remains worthy of consideration as an RB2 option in most fantasy leagues, although Michel's presence could reduce the number of offensive snaps he sees. Michel, who is seeing his first game action since Week 3, can be viewed as a flex option in many formats.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel (calf) has been declared inactive for the Week 11 game.
Huddle Up: Michel was activated from the Reserve/Injured list during the weekend but probably needs at least another week of practice before he is ready. Damien Harris will continue to be the main running back for the Patriots and can be a No. 2 back in fantasy leagues.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel on Saturday, Nov. 21, was activated off the Reserve/Injured list. In a corresponding move, OL Hjalte Froholdt was placed on waivers.
Huddle Up: Yikes, the Pats are back to having a four-running back conglomerate in the backfield. Damien Harris and Rex Burkhead still figure to lead the quartet in touches, but Harris is a low-end RB2 and Burkhead is a flex consideration.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel (calf) returned to practice on Thursday, Nov. 5, which means the team now has 21 days to either activate Michel from the Reserve/Injured list or shut him down for the rest of the season.
Huddle Up: When we last saw Michel he was running for 117 yards on just nine carries in Week 3. What his role will be now is unclear, however, given the strong play of Damien Harris since he was activated from IR. At best, Michel is a stash candidate in case the team gives him meaningful work when he returns.

New England Patriots RB Sony Michel (quad) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list on Monday, Oct. 5. The Patriots activated Damien Harris (hand) off the Reserve/Injured list to replace him on the roster.
Huddle Up: The timing of Michel's IR stint is curious since he was a limited participant in practice all week, but it clears the path for Harris to assume the role of an early-down workhorse after making a strong impression in training camp. Harris can't be expected to do much in Week 4 versus the Kansas City Chiefs and figures to be limited to no more than 10 touches, but there is RB2 upside with him if he is eventually able to take advantage of the opportunity he is being presented with following Michel's banishment.
