Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz caught five of his seven targets for 61 yards and his first touchodwn of the season in a 23-20 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13.
Huddle Up: Although Schultz was busy against the Jaguars, he has been held below 40 yards in 10 of his 13 games. He is still a reach as a fantasy starter.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury during the Week 13 game and is considered questionable to return.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players can keep an eye on the situation to see how long Schultz may be sidelined because of the injury. He has not been a reliable fantasy option recently and may only be a No. 2 tight end in leagues.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz caught two passes for 20 yards against the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. He was targeted two times during the game.
Huddle Up: Schultz has been targeted at least six times in three of the last five games but has been held to under 35 yards in three of those games. He likely will see a handful of targets next week but is probably only a No. 2 tight end in most fantasy leagues.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz ended up with a season-high five receptions for 33 yards on seven targets in Week 11 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Huddle Up: Schultz has three or more receptions in four consecutive outings, and he has managed six or more targets in five of the previous seven contests. He has re-emerged as a borderline low-end TE1 or must-have TE2 in PPR leagues of 12 or more teams, with slightly lesser appear in standard play. The Texans host the Tennessee Titans in Week 12.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz ended up with three receptions for 66 yards on four targets in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions.
Huddle Up: The Lions are normally pretty tough on opposing tight ends, but Schultz had a couple of splash plays, including a 32-yard catch and run. He remains more of a TE2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 11 in Dallas on MNF.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz had three catches (on six targets) for 21 yards in a Week 9 loss to the New York Jets.
Huddle Up: With Houston short-handed at receiver, this looked like a prime opportunity for Schultz to step up. He didn't. While his 78-808-8 season with Dallas in 2021 put him on the fantasy map, he's never come close to matching that production in two-plus seasons since. He holds no value outside of the deepest leagues.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz ended up with four receptions for 52 yards on six targets in Week 8 against the Indianapolis Colts.
Huddle Up: Schultz fared well against an Indianapolis defense which struggles against tight ends. Schultz has been a little erratic, and he is more of a TE2 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams. He and the Texans face a tough matchup in Week 9 against the New York Jets.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz caught one pass for 28 yards against the Green Bay Packers in Week 7. He was targeted two times during the game.
Huddle Up: The Texans did not have much success in the passing game, so Schultz's 28 led the team this week. He should see a few more targets next week and could be a possible low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz caught four passes for 27 yards against the New England Patriots in Week 6. He was targeted eight times during the game.
Huddle Up: Schultz has been targeted at five times in each of the last four games but has been held to under 35 yards in each of those games. He should see a handful of targets next week but can be benched in fantasy leagues if players have better options available.

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz was fined $11,255 by the National Football League for committing unsportsmanlike conduct and taunting in Week 5's game, when he rolled the ball towards a Buffalo Bills player following a play.
