New York Jets QB Mike White said he would be interested in playing for the Miami Dolphins as a backup. "Oh, hundred percent," White said on Saturday March 3, when asked about playing for the Dolphins. "Selfishly, from a personal standpoint, obviously growing up down there, I'd love to go home. But from a football standpoint, it's a very talented offense, really good, young group of guys. You can tell they're starting to build something special down there. I would love to be a part of it."

New York Jets impending free-agent QB Mike White said he is interested in re-signing with the Jets this offseason.

Huddle Up: The Jets have announced that Joe Flacco will be the starting quarterback, but it is not known if White will be active for the game. Fantasy players should avoid all of the Jets quarterbacks this week.

New York Jets QB Mike White (ribs) was limited in practice on Thursday, Jan. 5, after practicing in full the day before.
Huddle Up: The limited session marks a downgrade for White, who practiced fully the day prior. His status now needs to be monitored closely going into Sunday for those thinking about inserting him into lineups. White is a decent QB2 play if he suits up, but if he sits none of the other Jets quarterbacks are suggested lineup options.

New York Jets QB Mike White (rib) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Jan. 4.
Huddle Up: White is coming off a disappointing Week 17 game but likely will be the starter again in the regular season finale. He could be a possible option in two-quarterback leagues but can be avoided in standard leagues.
