Tennessee Titans LB Jerome Baker was in on six tackles, including three assists, at the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17 on Sunday, Dec. 29. He added one sack, pass breakup, and quarterback hit.

Tennessee Titans LB Otis Reese (ankle) did not take part in practice on Friday, Dec. 13, but is questionable for Week 15. Also, RB Tony Pollard (ankle) and CB Roger McCreary (shoulder) were limited and are questionable, OT Jaelyn Duncan (hamstring) practiced in full but is questionable and WR Tyler Boyd (foot), PK Nick Folk (groin), DT Jeffery Simmons (rest), DL T'Vondre Sweat (shoulder), LB Jerome Baker (neck), LB Luke Gifford (calf), QB Will Levis (shoulder), OG Peter Skoronski (ankle), LB Kenneth Murray (hamstring) and OT JC Latham (hip) practiced in full and carry no designation.

Tennessee Titans PK Nick Folk (groin), LB Kenneth Murray (hamstring), DT Jeffery Simmons (non-injury) and DT T'Vondre Sweat (shoulder) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 11. LB Otis Reese (ankle) were limited during practice. LB Jerome Baker (neck), OT Jaelyn Duncan (hamstring), LB Luke Gifford (calf), CB Roger McCreary (shoulder) and OG Peter Skoronski (ankle) fully participated in practice.

Tennessee Titans OG Logan Bruss (knee) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 6, and has been ruled out for Week 14. Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (hamstring) and LB Jerome Baker (rest) were downgraded from questionable to out for Week 8 on Saturday, Oct. 26.
