Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney finished with seven receptions for 69 yards and a touchdown in Week 17 against the New York Giants, and he was targeted a game-high 13 times.
Huddle Up: Mooney has emerged as the WR1 in Chicago, and that is unlikely to change heading into 2022, especially since Allen Robinson isn't expected to remain in the Windy City. Mooney could be a sneaky fantasy option next year.

Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney (ankle) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 31, and is not on the injury report for Week 17.
Huddle Up: Mooney will be working with a new starting quarterback this week but should continue to be the main option in the passing game. He can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in fantasy leagues.

Huddle Up: Mooney has been targeted at least seven times in five of the last six games and has posted at least 50 yards in four of those games. He should see a solid amount of targets this week and can be at least a flex option in leagues.

Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney posted five grabs for 57 yards on nine targets in Week 16 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Huddle Up: Mooney has had his best rapport with Justin Fields, but both he and Andy Dalton were out. The receiver did a good job adjusting to Nick Foles, and he has been the top wideout for Chicago in terms of fantasy appeal, especially with Allen Robinson sidelined. Mooney is a solid WR4 or flex fantasy option in Week 17 against the New York Giants.

Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Dec. 23.
Huddle Up: Mooney had a nice bounce back game last week after two disappointing games. He has received at least five targets in all but one game this season and can be a No. 3 receiver or flex option in fantasy leagues this week.

Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney (ankle) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Dec. 22. The Bears did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.

Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney ended up with five catches for 63 yards on seven targets in Week 15 against the Minnesota Vikings. He nearly had a touchdown in the back right corner of the end zone, but he was unable to get two feet in or a shin or knee down before his right elbow touched out.
Huddle Up: Mooney has really been the top target for rookie Justin Fields, and they have developed quite the chemistry together. It's a pass-catch combination which could be quite dangerous heading into 2022. For now, Mooney is a low-end WR4 or flex fantasy option in Week 16 at Seattle.

Chicago Bears WR Darnell Mooney had one reception (on five targets) for 19 yards during the team's Week 14 loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Huddle Up: Mooney and Fields hooked up on the game's opening drive but failed to reconnect the rest of the night, resulting in the second-year wideout's worst game since Week 3 when he had one catch for nine yards in Cleveland. He'll try to bounce back against Minnesota in Week 15 and should still be a WR3 option there.
