New York Jets QB Zach Wilson went 19-for-33 for 210 yards, zero touchdowns and four interceptions against the New England Patriots in Week 2.
Huddle Up: Fantasy players should have expected that Wilson would struggle at times during his rookie season. He will look to rebound next week against the Denver Broncos but should be avoided in all leagues.

New York Jets QB Zach Wilson completed 20-of-37 passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Week 1 against the Carolina Panthers.
Huddle Up: Wilson hooked up both times with new WR Corey Davis (5-97-2) in his NFL debut. The rookie, selected with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, had 21 less passing yards than his predecessor Sam Darnold, who was on the other side. But Wilson also had one more scoring strike.

New York Jets QB Zach Wilson likely will play a few series in the preseason game Friday, Aug. 27, according to head coach Robert Saleh.
Huddle Up: Wilson played well in the last preseason game but can use more snaps against defenses before the start of the season. He will be the top quarterback for the Jets this season but would not be more than a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

New York Jets QB Zach Wilson completed nine of his 11 pass attempts for 128 yards and two touchdowns in a 23-14 preseason win over the Green Bay Packers Saturday, Aug. 21.
Huddle Up: Wilson dazzled in his second preseason outing, showcasing the type of upside that should have fantasy owners intrigued. He is still just a speculative QB2 in redraft leagues, but he could become a valuable asset in dynasty formats.

New York Jets QB Zach Wilson will play two offensive series during the preseason game Saturday, Aug. 14.
Huddle Up: Wilson in on track to be the starting quarterback but still needs to play against other teams to prepare for the regular season. He likely will be a No. 2 quarterback in most fantasy leagues but will have more value in keeper leagues.

New York Jets QB Zach Wilson went 11-for-24 for 112 yards and two interceptions during team drills Saturday, Aug. 7.
Huddle Up: Wilson is on track to being the starting quarterback for the Jets this season but likely will struggle at times since he is a rookie. He should be considered a No. 2 quarterback in fantasy leagues.

New York Jets QB Zach Wilson completed 1-for-7 passes in the red zone during team drills Friday, July 30, and he clearly struggled in his first NFL practice, according to SNY's Ralph Vacchiano. Wilson completed 3-for-8 with an interception and threw a few others that nearly were picked off in the rest of practice, but Vacchiano noted it should be expected since Wilson is a rusty rookie quarterback who hadn't practiced in 43 days. To the contrary, Wilson completed a 50-yard pass to rookie WR Elijah Moore, which excited the team.
Huddle Up: As the long-time New York scribe said, Wilson struggling should be expected. It's early in camp for a new coaching regime and a rookie quarterback trying to digest everything on the fly. That said, gamers shouldn't have high expectations for Wilson to begin with in 2021. He undoubtedly will struggle at times in games, and while there may be a handful of eye-opening moments based on sheer talent, the overall outlook warrants little fantasy attention. He's a QB3 in the deepest of leagues and a mildly appealing flier in best-ball or superflex formats.

Updating previous reports, New York Jets QB Zach Wilson received a four-year, $35.1 million fully guaranteed deal. The deal includes a $22.9 million signing bonus and a fifth-year team option. The Jets got the offset language they wanted in the contract, which reduces what they'd have to pay Wilson if they cut him and he signs somewhere else. And Wilson will get his entire signing bonus paid within 15 days instead of having some of it deferred to 2022.
Huddle Up: Wilson will likely be the starter, but he should not be a starter in fantasy outside of two-QB leagues. He'll be one to watch if he gets off to a fast start.

New York Jets first-round draft choice QB Zach Wilson agreed to terms on a four-year contract with the Jets Thursday, July 29, according to a source. The deal includes a fifth-year option, but financial terms were not disclosed.
Huddle Up: Wilson should be the starting quarterback Week 1 but likely will struggle at times during his rookie season. He can be considered a No. 2 quarterback in standard leagues but will be more popular in keeper leagues.

New York Jets first-round pick QB Zach Wilson is absent from training camp Tuesday, July 27.
Huddle Up: Wilson figures to be given every opportunity to start, but he isn't much of an option in single-year leagues.
