Los Angeles Rams WR Tutu Atwell is unlikely to have his rookie contract extended before it expires in March 2025, which could make him a trade candidate, according to ESPN.com's Sarah Barshop.
Huddle Up: Atwell saw increased playing time while WRs Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua were both sidelined. However, with both receivers healthy now, he could be deemed expendable. Atwell has little fantasy value in his current situation, with WR Demarcus Robinson appearing to leapfrog him on the depth chart as the Rams' No. 3 receiver, so a potential change of scenery could be good for him.

Los Angeles Rams WR Tutu Atwell had one reception for 18 yards in Week 8 versus the Minnesota Vikings. He was targeted twice.
Huddle Up: With Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua both back, Atwell was targeted sparingly. In fact, it was Demarcus Robinson that functioned as the No. 3 receiver on Thursday night. As long as LA's top two wideouts are available, Atwell has no appreciable fantasy value and can be released in most formats -- unless you're thinking the Rams actually move on from Kupp, which seems highly unlikely after two wins in five days.

Huddle Up: Atwell has 14 receptions on 21 targets over the last three games, and he has topped 80 receiving yards twice in that span. He might not have the highest ceiling, but as long as Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua are sidelined, Atwell has flex potential, especially in deeper leagues.

Huddle Up: Atwell did most of his damage on a 50-yard reception late in the game, and Matthew Stafford spread the ball around in the absence of Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp. Atwell has the speed to produce big plays, but the Rams' receiver room looks like a roulette wheel right now for fantasy owners.
