Houston Texans QB Davis Mills made a lot of progress during his rookie season but is not guaranteed the starting job next season, according to general manager Nick Caserio.
Huddle Up: Mills took over the starting job during the middle of the season and finished the season with 2,664 yards and 16 touchdowns. He probably will be the leading candidate for the job if Deshaun Watson is moved and can be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills completed 21 of his 32 passes for 163 yards, a touchdown and an interception in a 23-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 17.
Huddle Up: Mills averaged just 5.1 yards per pass attempt, and the Texans' offense was held in check throughout the game. He doesn't have any fantasy appeal heading into a matchup against Tennessee in the final regular season game.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills went 21-for-27 for 254 yards and two touchdowns against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 16.
Huddle Up: Mills posted two touchdowns for the second consecutive game and is starting to play better late in the season. He could be a possible starting option in two-quarterback leagues next week but should be avoided in standard leagues.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills went 19-for-30 for 209 yards, two touchdowns and one interception against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 15.
Huddle Up: Mills picked up his third multi-touchdown performance this week against the Jaguars. He will be facing the Los Angeles Chargers next week and can be avoided in all leagues.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills completed 33 of his 49 passes for a career-high 331 yards and a touchdown in a 33-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 14.
Huddle Up: Mills returned to the starting lineup and had his best game as a pro. The rookie's numbers for the year leave a lot to be desired, but with the Jacksonville Jaguars on tap in Week 15, Mills could be a worth taking a chance on in DFS formats.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills will be the starting quarterback the rest of the season, according to head coach David Culley.
Huddle Up: Mills offers very little in fantasy except depth in two-QB leagues.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills is expected to start against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 14, according to a source.
Huddle Up: Mills can be ignored for fantasy purposes, and he isn't likely to change the fortunes of any of Houston's other offensive weapons either.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills went 29-for-38 for 310 yards, two touchdowns and one interception against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 8.
Huddle Up: Tyrod Taylor is expected to return from injury soon, so Mills likely will not be the starter for much longer. Fantasy players should consider whoever starts for the Texans a No. 2 fantasy quarterback.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills will start in Week 8, according to head coach David Culley.
Huddle Up: They don't feel Tyrod Taylor is ready to return from his hamstring injury. Mills warrants no fantasy consideration.
Posted: 10/25/2021 2:07 am GMT
Houston Texans QB Davis Mills completed 23 of his 32 passes for 135 yards and lost a fumble in a 31-5 loss to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7.
Huddle Up: If there if a silver lining for Mills, he did manage to avoid adding to his interception total. The rookie has really struggled since taking over as the starter, a life won't be an easier in Week 8 when he faces the Los Angeles Rams.
