Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell ran 12 times for 54 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 at the New York Jets on Sunday, Dec. 5. He added five catches on as many targets for 33 yards. Six of his attempts came late in the fourth quarter after RB Miles Sanders (ankle) exited due to injury.
Huddle Up: Philadelphia has a bye in Week 14 and will get a chance to sort out the severity of Sanders' ankle issue. Gainwell could be a fringe waiver claim in cavernous leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed three times for a team-high 32 yards on four targets in Week 12 against the New York Giants.
Huddle Up: Gainwell did not have a rush, but he led the team in receiving yardage. Still, with Miles Sanders and Boston Scott in the mix, Gainwell doesn't see enough total snaps or touches to be useful outside of deeper fantasy leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell is not active for Week 11's game against the New Orleans Saints.
Huddle Up: Even before Miles Sanders had been activated from the injured reserve list earlier this weekend, Gainwell had fallen behind both Jordan Howard and Boston Scott on the Eagles' depth chart at running back. He's no longer worth rostering outside of the deepest fantasy leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed twice for just three yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Huddle Up: The touchdown was nice, but the rookie has fallen behind veteran Jordan Howard and Boston Scott. When Miles Sanders went down to injury, it looks like Gainwell might be in good shape for a boost in fantasy production. Not so. He can safely be left to the waiver outside of deeper fantasy leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed 13 times for just 27 yards in Week 8 against the Detroit Lions and he did not have a catch or even a target.
Huddle Up: Fantasy managers will see the score and expect more from the rookie, but it was Boston Scott (12-60-2) and veteran Jordan Howard (12-57-2) posting the big stat lines. Gainwell should still be considered the No. 2 back in Philly, but he is only worth a look as a RB3 or flex fantasy option in Week 9 against the visiting Los Angeles Chargers.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed five times for 20 yards in Week 6 against the Las Vegas Raiders and he added four grabs for 41 yards and a touchdown on eight targets.
Huddle Up: Gainwell was the beneficiary of an early injury to Miles Sanders. He and Boston Scott could split the backfield touches in a favorable matchup at Detroit in Week 8 if Sanders is forced to miss time. If Gainwell starts against the Lions, he could be a nice RB3 or flex play in most fantasy leagues and a DFS value, too.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed two times for 16 yards in Week 5 against the Carolina Panthers and he added one catch for eight yards on three targets.
Huddle Up: Gainwell had a total of just three touches to 16 total touches for Miles Sanders. That's not what fantasy managers who have stock in the rookie wanted to see. Gainwell isn't worth using in Week 6 against the Buccaneers Thursday with a quick turnaround.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed three times for 31 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs while adding six receptions for 58 yards on eight targets.
Huddle Up: The rookie out of Memphis has scored touchdowns in two of his four games, but his rushing hasn't been the story. He is worth a roster spot as a low-end RB3 or flex fantasy option in PPR leagues of 12 or more teams, as he has nine receptions across the past two outings.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed just once for two yards in Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys and he added three receptions for 32 yards on four targets.
Huddle Up: Gainwell showed some glimpses of brilliance in the first two weeks, but the Eagles decided to use their running backs for a total of just three carries in this blowout loss. The rookie out of Memphis is a risky fantasy and DFS option heading into Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Philadelphia Eagles RB Kenneth Gainwell rushed six times for 14 yards in Week 2 against the San Francisco 49ers while adding two grabs for 18 yards on three targets.
Huddle Up: Gainwell saw eight total touches to 14 for Miles Sanders, so the rookie out of Memphis is getting his chance. It was tough sledding for everyone on the Philadelphia offense from a fantasy perspective. Gainwell and the Eagles will look for better showings in Week 3 at Dallas.
