Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer and Quentin Johnston should both be able to make jumps in their play next season, according to general manager Joe Hortiz.
Huddle Up: Palmer and Johnston should both be top three receivers for the Chargers next season and likely will have big roles in the passing game. Palmer has been productive in the past and could be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver in fantasy leagues, while Johnston may be a No. 4 or No. 5 receiver.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer (concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 5, and is not on the injury report for Week 18.
Huddle Up: Palmer should be in uniform as long as he is cleared by the doctors and likely will be the main option in the passing game. He can be a flex option in most fantasy leagues.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer (concussion) was limited at practice once again on Thursday, Jan. 4.
Huddle Up: Palmer has been a flex option when healthy and that will be the case once again this week if he plays, as Keenan Allen (heel) looks set to sit once again. However, Palmer remains in the concussion protocol and will have to get cleared before Sunday. If he sits, Jalen Guyton and Quentin Johnston will be the top remaining options, but neither can be trusted in lineups.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Keenan Allen (heel), LB Joey Bosa (foot), LB Justin Hollins (shoulder), OG Zion Johnson (neck), LB Kenneth Murray (shoulder) and DL Nick Williams (shoulder) did not take part in practice on Thursday, Jan. 4. In addition, LB Deane Leonard (heel), WR Joshua Palmer (concussion), OT Trey Pipkins (wrist), TE Stone Smartt (shoulder) and LB Tuli Tuipulotu (ankle) were limited and LB Daiyan Henley (groin), LB Tanner Muse (knee), LB Khalil Mack (rest) and OT Rashawn Slater (knee) practiced in full. Mack was removed from the injury report.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Jan. 3.
Huddle Up: Palmer will need to pass his concussions tests over the next few days in order to play, but he likely will have a big role in the passing game if cleared. He could be at least a flex option in leagues if active for the game.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer (concussion) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 17 versus the Denver Broncos.
Huddle Up: This doesn't come as a huge surprise as concussions usually cause players to miss at least one game. With Keenan Allen (heel) also ruled out, Austin Ekeler, Quentin Johnston and Gerald Everett should be plenty busy against the Broncos.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer (concussion) did not take part in practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday, Dec. 28.
Huddle Up: Palmer is on track to sit, as is veteran wideout Keenan Allen (heel). That leaves Jalen Guyton and Quentin Johnston as the top-two options at the position, but only Johnston is remotely viable. Even still, the rookie is a desperation flex play, at best.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Joshua Palmer (concussion) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Dec. 27.
Huddle Up: Palmer will need to pass his concussion tests before he can play, so fantasy players should check on his status later in the week. He was playing well over the last few weeks and can be a starting option in leagues if he is cleared to play.
