Free-agent WR Miles Boykin (Bears) has announced his retirement from professional football.

Chicago Bears WR Miles Boykin was released from the practice squad Saturday, Nov. 8.

Free-agent WR Miles Boykin (Seahawks) signed a one-year contract with the Chicago Bears Thursday, April 3. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The team also waived/injured CB Mario Goodrich (hamstring), OG Jalen Mayfield (leg,ankle) and LB Ovie Oghoufo (hamstring). WR Isaiah McKenzie (foot) and LB Matthew Adams (quadriceps) were placed on the Reserve/Injured list, but Adams has been designated to return later in the season.
