Seattle Seahawks RB Travis Homer (knee) was able to take part in a full practice session Wednesday, Nov. 11.
Huddle Up: Homer and DeeJay Dallas are the two healthiest backs ahead of the Week 10 game against the Los Angeles Rams, although Chris Carson is running and might return to practice sometime this week, and Carlos Hyde is rounding the corner, too. Homer had a fantasy window to be useful, but that window appears to be slamming shut. Avoid him outside of the deepest fantasy leagues at this point.

Seattle Seahawks RB Travis Homer (knee) will be able to play in Week 9 against the Buffalo Bills, head coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Huddle Up: Chris Carson isn't expected to practice until Friday, while Carlos Hyde is expected to be sidelined again. Homer and DeeJay Dallas, the Miami Hurricanes duo, might do the heavy lifting against the Bills. Homer is worth a look as a low-end RB3 or flex fantasy option in leagues of 12 or more teams if he is active and Carson is not.
