San Francisco 49ers PK Matt Gay will serve as the starting placekicker for the second consecutive game in Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns, as PK Eddy Pineiro (hamstring) remains sidelined.
Huddle Up: Gay will be up against the elements in Cleveland, with winds whipping from 23-27 MPH, with gusts above gale force right on the shores of Lake Erie. It's not a recommended starting spot for fantasy purposes. You can find much better options with more optimal conditions.

Washington Commanders PK Matt Gay is expected to be fine to play in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks, as indicated by PK Matthew Wright getting released from the practice squad Tuesday, Oct. 28.
Huddle Up: Gay missed the Week 8 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, but it appears he is good to go for Week 9, if you normally depend upon him. If you have the Commanders TMPK, then you needn't do anything. Gay has posted six or more points in four of the past five games, averaging 8.2 points per game in the five-game span. He is a solid fantasy option, especially if your primary option has a bye.
