New England Patriots WRs Javon Baker, Kendrick Bourne, Demario Douglas, K.J. Osborn and Ja'Lynn Polk appear to be locks to make the team's 53-man roster at the beginning of the regular season, according to Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald. A handful of other receivers, such as Kayshon Boutte, Jalen Reagor, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Tyquan Thornton are battling for one or two roster spots.

New England Patriots WR Tyquan Thornton, who looks "noticeably bigger" according to Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald, is attempting to add muscle this offseason and hopes to play at least five pounds heavier than his listed weight of 185 pounds during the 2024 season.

DT Christian Barmore (knee), TE Pharaoh Brown (ribs), CB Myles Bryant (illness), LB Anfernee Jennings (knee), CB Jonathan Jones (knee), S Jalen Mills (ankle), S Jabrill Peppers (hamstring), WR Matthew Slater (hamstring), LB Jahlani Tavai (tooth), WR Tyquan Thornton (ankle) and CB Shaun Wade (hip) were limited during practice and are listed as questionable.

New England Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 15 against the Kansas City Chiefs. DT Christian Barmore (shoulder) and OT Trent Brown (ankle, hand, illness) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 15, and are listed as questionable. WR DeVante Parker (knee), WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (ankle), WR Matthew Slater (groin), WR Tyquan Thornton (hamstring) and LB Ja'Whaun Bentley (knee) were limited in practice on Friday and are also listed as questionable. WR Kayshon Boutte (shoulder), WR Demario Douglas (concussion), DB Brenden Schooler (illness) and OT Tyrone Wheatley Jr. (knee) were not given practice designations on Friday but are expected to be available.

New England Patriots OT Trent Brown (ankle, hand, illness) and S Brenden Schooler (illness) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 14. DT Christian Barmore (shoulder), WR Kayshon Boutte (shoulder), WR Matthew Slater (non-injury) and WR Tyquan Thornton (hamstring) were limited during practice. OT Tyrone Wheatley Jr. (knee) fully participated in practice.

New England Patriots WR Tyquan Thornton had three receptions for 17 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, Dec. 7. He was targeted five times.

New England Patriots WR Tyquan Thornton rushed for rushed for 39 yards on one carry against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 13. He was targeted one time during the game but finished with zero receptions.

New England Patriots WR Tyquan Thornton posted two receptions for 19 yards on five targets in Week 12 against the New York Giants, while adding one run for three yards.

CB Myles Bryant (chest) was not given a practice designation on Friday but is expected to play.

New England Patriots WR Tyquan Thornton (shoulder) was activated from the Reserve/Injured list, and OL Tyrone Wheatley Jr. (knee) and LB Matthew Judon (biceps) were placed on the Reserve/injured list Saturday, Oct. 14. Also, WR Jalen Reagor and DL Jeremiah Pharms Jr. were elevated from the practice squad.
