Arizona Cardinals RB Eno Benjamin will start in Week 6's game versus the Seattle Seahawks, according to head coach Kliff Kingsbury. RB Keaontay Ingram will be active for the first time in his NFL career as a backup and RB Corey Clement will be activated from the practice squad to fill out the position.
Huddle Up: Benjamin is receiving the starting nod because RBs James Conner (ribs) and Darrel Williams (knee) have already been declared out, making him a low-end RB2 or flex option for fantasy purposes. There is a possibility that Benjamin could again assume the role of lead back in Week 7 versus the New Orleans Saints, since they will be playing on Thursday night and both injured backs may not be ready to return by then. Ingram and Clement possess minimal fantasy value and can be ignored by owners.

Arizona Cardinals RB Keaontay Ingram will likely make his NFL debut in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks due to the injuries to the team's running backs room, Jess Root of Cards Wire writes on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Huddle Up: The 2022 sixth-round pick has been a healthy scratch in every game this season, but with James Conner (ribs), Darrel Williams (knee) and Jonathan Ward (hamstring) all suffering injuries this past week, Ingram could see some work on Sunday. If Conner and Williams sit, Eno Benjamin will be the lead back with Ingram working behind him, but the latter may have to compete with recent additions like Ty'Son Williams and/or Corey Clement for backup touches. Ingram is a player to keep an eye on in re-draft leagues and should be rostered in dynasty formats. Benjamin will be a hot waiver wire add this week, as he offers flex value if Conner doesn't suit up.

Arizona Cardinals RB Keaontay Ingram may have "huge fantasy potential in 2022," ESPN's Eric Moody speculated. "Ingram replaces Chase Edmonds, who averaged 13.3 touches last year and signed with the Dolphins during the offseason. With his rushing and receiving skills, Ingram can help Arizona fill this void. James Conner was re-signed after a fantastic 2021 season, but Ingram may have huge fantasy potential in 2022 given Conner's injury history."

Huddle Up: It's hard to argue with Moody's reasoning. If the 2022 sixth-round pick has a strong training camp, Ingram could have some standalone value even with Conner healthy, much like Edmonds had with Arizona in 2021. For now, the rookie is a late-round pick in dynasty rookie drafts and a handcuff at best in all formats until we get more clarity.
