Also, LB Antonio Grier Jr. was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster and CB Dallis Flowers was elevated from the practice squad.

Britt (ankle), S Mike Edwards (hamstring) and CB Troy Hill (foot, knee) did not practice on Friday, Dec. 6, and have been ruled out for Week 14 against the Las Vegas Raiders. LB Markees Watts (knee) practiced in full all week but has also been ruled out. RB Bucky Irving (hip, back), WR Trey Palmer (hip) and DB Josh Hayes (hamstring) were limited in practice on Friday and are listed as questionable. S Tykee Smith (knee), LB Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (ankle) and LB J.J. Russell (hamstring) practiced in full on Friday but are also listed as questionable. WR Mike Evans (hamstring, calf), OT Tristan Wirfs (foot, knee) and LB Lavonte David (rest) were limited in practice on Friday but have been removed from the injury report. DL Greg Gaines (ankle), DL William Gholston (knee), QB Baker Mayfield (Achilles, knee) and LB Anthony Nelson (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.

Howland, RB Patrick Laird, C John Molchon, DL Willington Previlon, ILB J.J. Russell, DL Deadrin Senat, WR Deven Thompkins and S Nolan Turner.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers PK Jose Borregales, OT Dylan Cook, S Chris Cooper, CB Don Gardner, WR Kaylon Geiger, DL Mike Greene, C John Molchon, DL Benning Potoa'e, DL Willington Previlon, LB J.J. Russell, S Nolan Turner and LB Jordan Young were waived Tuesday, Aug. 30. LB Genard Avery, QB Ryan W. Griffin and DT Deadrin Senat were released. The team also waived/injured Elijah Ponder (undisclosed) and placed CB Rashard Robinson (undisclosed) on the Reserve/Injured list.
