Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen caught three passes for 31 yards against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2. He was targeted eight times during the game.
Huddle Up: The Vikings did not have much success in the passing game this week, so Thielen had a disappointing outing. He remains the top option in the passing game and should be at least a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen caught six of his eight targets for 110 yards and two touchdowns in a 43-34 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 1.
Huddle Up: With Stefon Diggs out of the picture, it is no surprise that Thielen was leaned on heavily in the opener. As the go-to weapon for Kirk Cousins, he is a safe bet for WR2 production with WR1 spikes throughout the season.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen received the day off from practice Sunday, Aug. 30.
Huddle Up: Thielen will be the main target in the passing game with Stefon Diggs no longer on the team and has posted terrific numbers over the last few seasons. He can be considered a low-end No. 1 or a No. 2 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen had three catches for 67 yards in the team's scrimmage Friday, Aug. 28.
Huddle Up: Thielen is the unquestioned go-to option in the passing attack this season, but that role will come with added attention from opposing defenses. Throw in Minnesota's run-heavy approach, and Thielen is probably better suited as a WR2 for fantasy squads.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen received a Pro Football Focus grade of 95.4 against Cover 1 defense on a target depth of 10-19 yards over the last three seasons to rank second among all wide receivers. Only New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas received a higher grade.
Huddle Up: Thielen is now the Vikings' unquestioned top target following the trade of WR Stefon Diggs this offseason. He's likely to face the No. 1 corner against all opponents, and he's also likely to face more double teams. He could prove to be a fantasy disappointment if drafted as a WR1 this season.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen has just two 100-yard receiving efforts in his last 18 games since opening the 2018 season with eight straight games of 100-plus yards.
Huddle Up: Injuries played a role in his drop in production in 2019, and Thielen still managed six touchdowns in 10 games last year. Throw in the offseason trade of Stefon Diggs, and Thielen should deliver WR2 numbers as the go-to option in Minnesota's passing attack.

Minnesota Vikings WR Adam Thielen (ankle) is expected to play in the Divisional game Saturday, Jan. 11. He will remain off of his feet until game time.
