Green Bay Packers WR Jayden Reed caught one of his two targets for 19 yards in the preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday, Aug. 13.
Huddle Up: Reed has a good chance to claim the No. 2 receiver role across from Christian Watson, assuming he can fend off Matthew Golden. If Reed does open the year as a starter, he could end up being a flex option for fantasy owners.

Green Bay Packers WR Jayden Reed (ankle) did not at an indoor closed practice Sunday, Aug. 9, due to an ankle injury. Head coach Matt LaFleur said that the injury is not a long-term concern.
Huddle Up: Reed is expected to start opposite Christian Watson in the new-look offense, now that Romeo Doubs has moved on. Reed is trying to fend off a challenge from Matthew Golden for the job. If Reed is able to serve as the No. 2 receiver in Green Bay, he would be a solid low-end WR3 or flex fantasy option in most leagues.

Green Bay Packers WR Jayden Reed worked alongside WR Christian Watson in two-receiver sets on Sunday, Aug. 2.
Huddle Up: With Romeo Doubs no longer in the picture, Reed should be competing with Matthew Golden for targets behind Watson. If Reed lands ahead of Golden in the pecking order, he could become a viable WR4 candidate.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Parker Washington could be in line for a contract extension similar to what Green Bay Packers WR Jayden Reed received and what Seattle Seahawks WR Rashid Shaheed received in free agency, in the opinion of Sports Illustrated's John Shipley on Tuesday, May 26.
Huddle Up: Once Travis Hunter was lost for the season, Washington stepped up in the second half of last season to become a regular starter in fantasy leagues. With six games of WR20 production or better through the season's final nine games, Washington should maintain a healthy role for Jacksonville, but could get lost in the shuffle a bit in some weeks with Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas Jr. at receiver, as well as Brenton Strange at tight end. Washington is a WR3 for fantasy managers and should be drafted in the middle rounds of drafts this summer.

Green Bay Packers WR Jayden Reed agreed to terms on a three-year contract extension with the Packers Friday, April 24, worth $50.25 million. The extension includes $20 million in guaranteed money.
Huddle Up: Reed was limited by injuries this past season but has been a reliable option in the passing game since joining the Packers. He should be one of the main targets in the passing game next season and can be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver in fantasy leagues.
