Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims "looks like the best candidate" to be the team's No. 2 receiver in 2025, according to Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post.
Huddle Up: As Gabriel notes in his mailbag column, Mims had seven catches on 15 targets for 56 yards through nine games last year and one carry for 17 yards. Over the final eight contests, he had 32 catches on 37 targets for 447 yards and six touchdowns, plus 12 carries for 25 yards. The bigger question for fantasy purposes is if Mims did enough to convince head coach Sean Payton that he warrants five to seven touches per game, especially after the Broncos added Evan Engram and R.J. Harvey in the offseason.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims has been gaining confidence since he became more involved in the offense last season, according to offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi. Mims may receive more playing time on offense this upcoming season and will still be used as a returner.
Huddle Up: Mims seems to be on track to earn a top-three receiver role this upcoming season after being productive in 2024. He likely will not be a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues but could be a late round pick who could be a possible flex option against favorable matchups.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims worked as one of the starting receivers during the offseason alongside WRs Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin, per ESPN's Jeff Legwold, though what role he ends up in when the regular season starts "remains to be seen." Legwold adds the competition will be "stiff" at receiver in camp with Mims, Franklin, Devaughn Vele, and rookie Pat Bryant all looking for a spot.
Huddle Up: In his first 10 games last season, Mims accounted for just 69 yards on 11 receptions. Once he scored a touchdown during a Week 11 route of Atlanta, however, he registered a catch of 30-plus yards in all but one of the final seven games. He finished with a 28-434-6 line over that stretch -- projected across 17 games, that'd be 68-1,054-15. While it's far from clear how things will shake out behind Sutton on the depth chart, Mims' strong close to 2024 makes him a possible late-round flier heading into 2025. Or, failing that, he'd at least be worth a spot on your watch list.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims will be used on kick and punt returns this upcoming season and is also expected to have a role in the offense.
Huddle Up: Mims finished with 503 receiving yards and six touchdowns this past season and should be a top-three receiver for the Broncos again this season. He can be a late round pick in fantasy leagues but will not be a starting option most weeks.

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix went 13-for-22 for 144 yards and one touchdown against the Buffalo Bills in the Wild Card playoff game. He also rushed for 43 yards on four carries during the game. RB Javonte Williams rushed for 29 yards on seven carries and caught two passes for 14 yards. WR Courtland Sutton was the leading receiver for the Broncos with five receptions for 75 yards on nine targets. WR Troy Franklin caught two passes for 54 yards and one touchdown on three targets during the game, while WR Marvin Mims caught two passes for 12 yards on four targets.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims recorded 11 catches for 69 yards and no touchdowns over the first 10 games compared to 28 catches for 434 yards and six touchdowns over the final seven games.
Huddle Up: Mims' surge in the second half of the season makes him a potential sleeper for upcoming postseason contests, and when next season rolls around, he will likely be rostered in all formats.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims caught five passes for 51 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 18. He was targeted five times.
Huddle Up: Yet another example of why you don't write someone off too early, Mims has transformed from afterthought to weapon over the last month-plus, topping 100 yards in a game twice and scoring a half-dozen times over his past seven outings. It has definitely put him on fantasy radars for 2025, and for those playing DFS he could be a risk/reward WR3 or flex in Buffalo next Sunday.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims caught all eight targets for 103 yards and two touchdowns at the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17 on Saturday, Dec. 28.
Huddle Up: The second-year pro was nothing short of electric in this one, landing a 51-yard bomb for a score and an acrobatic second TD late. He has at least four targets in each of the last five games, including two outings with at least 100 yards and a score that window. Kansas City is poised to rest key players, and Mims makes for an intriguing risk-reward No. 3 or flex play.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims Jr. had three catches (on five targets) for a team-high 62 yards versus the Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday, Dec. 19. He also ran once for three yards.
Huddle Up: Mims' second-half surge continues, averaging 57.8 yards per game over his last five with two touchdowns. That's probably not enough to attract much attention outside of deeper leagues, but it's something to at least be aware of with an eye on 2025. For Week 17 versus the Bengals, Mims might qualify as a lottery-ticket type play, though the risk would be considerable.
