Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane did not report to the first day of voluntary offseason workouts, according to head coach Jeff Hafley.
Huddle Up: Achane is heading into the final year of his contract and is looking for a new one before the season. This should not change his outlook for the upcoming season, and he remains one of the top running backs in fantasy football.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane has agreed to restructure his contract, which has created salary cap space for the Dolphins.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins have moved on from several playmakers this offseason, so Achane should see a significant amount of touches during games in 2026. He will be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane is unavailable in trade, according to teams calling about him.
Huddle Up: Achane was the RB5 in PPR leagues despite being on a miserable offensive team. He has had some injury questions in the past, but most running backs do. He'll remain an upper-middle RB1 option in drafts.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane reportedly could be a trade target for the Houston Texans this offseason, in the opinion of the Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Alexander on Friday, Feb. 27.
Huddle Up: One of the most dynamic running backs in the NFL, Achane finished as fantasy's RB5 this season on the strength of 1,350 rushing yards, 67 receptions and 488 receiving yards this past season. That makes two consecutive top-five fantasy finishes for Achane, and he's cemented himself as one of the best rushing and receiving threats in the NFL. The potential for Achane getting more touchdown equity on a team that's ready to contend is incredibly enticing for fantasy managers, but Miami has stated that they're not looking to trade him. Whether he sticks around in Miami or is on a new team in 2026, Achane is a locked-in top-five fantasy running back this season and a worthwhile pick at the end of the first round or at the beginning of the second round.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane could be a candidate for a contract extension later in the offseason, according to general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan.
Huddle Up: Achane has been a big part of the Dolphins offense since entering the league and should see plenty of touches again next season. He will be a weekly starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane is not actively being shopped, according to general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan. The team is willing to listen to offers on him, though.
Huddle Up: Achane was the RB5 in PPR leagues in 16 games last season. Even with the offense in flux, his fantasy value should remain stable because of his pass-catching ability. He had 67 grabs last season. Target him as an upper-middle RB1.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane is considered a core player and is not someone the team is looking to trade this offseason, according to Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network.
Huddle Up: The Dolphins have already started to overhaul their roster, but it doesn't sound like Achane will be part of any of the changes. Achane has averaged 1,668.5 scrimmage yards over the past two seasons, and his combination of explosiveness and versatility makes him a RB1 in any format.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane rushed for 916 yards and seven touchdowns at home during the 2025 regular season. He rushed for 434 yards and one touchdown during road games.
Huddle Up: Achane was one of the main parts of the Dolphins offense this season and finished with 1,350 rushing yards, which ranked fifth in the NFL. He should continue to see plenty of touches next season and will be a starting option in all fantasy leagues.

Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane recorded 719 rushing yards after contact during the 2025 regular season, which ranked third in the NFL in that category.
Huddle Up: Achane was able to record the first 1,000-yard season of his career and was also involved in the passing game during the season. He will be the main running back for the Dolphins for the foreseeable future and will be a weekly starting option in all leagues.
