Las Vegas Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell (thumb) is expected to miss four-to-six weeks with a broken thumb. He's seeking a second opinion Monday, Oct. 21.
Huddle Up: Gardner Minshew steps back into the gauntlet that is manning center for the Raiders. He has minimal fantasy value except as a streaming option in two-QB leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell (thumb) is believed to have suffered a broken right thumb based on preliminary reports, source said Sunday, Oct. 20. He left the Week 7 game against the Los Angeles Rams in the first quarter after banging his throwing hand on S Kamren Curl. He'll be re-evaluated Monday, Oct. 21, to determine the extent of his injury.
Huddle Up: O'Connell had just re-claimed the starting quarterback job, so it's back to Gardner Minshew for the Raiders. If you scooped up O'Connell for fantasy usage in deeper leagues which require two or more starting signal callers, you can safely drop him. He isn't coming back anytime soon.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell (finger) left the Week 7 game against the Los Angeles Rams due to an apparent finger or hand injury. He left for the locker room.
Huddle Up: It's uncertain if O'Connell will be able to return, but Gardner Minshew figures to back under center. Neither is terribly useful from a fantasy perspective, especially now that Davante Adams is a New York Jet.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell completed 27 of his 40 passes for 227 yards, a touchdown and an interception in a 32-13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6.
Huddle Up: O'Connell was making his first start of the year, but the Raiders looked like the same team they have been with Gardner Minshew under center. O'Connell doesn't need be owned in fantasy leagues.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell will start in Week 6 instead of QB Gardner Minshew, head coach Antonio Pierce said on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Huddle Up: After O'Connell lost to Minshew in a quarterback battle during the offseason, this is likely a lateral move, at best. As was the case with Minshew, O'Connell isn't on the starting radar until further notice.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Aidan O'Connell completed 10 of his 20 passes for 94 yards and an interception after replacing QB Gardner Minshew during the Week 5 game aganst the Denver Broncos.
Huddle Up: O'Connell didn't exactly shine in his relief appearance, and it remains to be seen if the move is a permanent swap. Even if O'Connell does become the starter, he will be a fringe QB2 option, at best.

Las Vegas Raiders QB Gardner Minshew was replaced by QB Aidan O'Connell during the Week 5 game against the Denver Broncos. He completed 12 of his 17 passes for 137 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions before being replaced.
Huddle Up: It remains to be seen if O'Connell will become the starter going forward, but even if Minshew is given another shot, he doesn't have much fantasy appeal.
