Dallas Cowboys LB DeMarvion Overshown (knee) is making good progress in his recovery and could have a chance to return to the field at some point in early November.

CB Trevon Diggs (knee), LB Eric Kendricks (shoulder) and LB Nick Vigil (foot) did not practice and are listed as questionable. CB C.J. Goodwin (hamstring), LB Buddy Johnson (illness) and CB Jourdan Lewis (hamstring) were limited during practice and are listed as questionable. CB DaRon Bland (foot), OT Tyler Guyton (ankle), DE Marshawn Kneeland (knee), DT Mazi Smith (back) and OG Tyler Smith (ankle) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Updating a previous report, Dallas Cowboys LB DeMarvion Overshown (knee) was diagnosed with tears to the anterior cruciate ligament, medial collateral ligament and posterior cruciate ligament of his right knee in Week 14 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Team owner and general manager Jerry Jones expressed some doubt as to the possibility that Overshown would be able to return before the end of the 2025 season on Tuesday, Dec. 10.

"It didn't look good," McCarthy said Monday, Dec. 9. McCarthy believes Overshown suffered a serious knee injury when he was rolled up on in the second half. He is second on the team with five sacks. Team owner and general manager Jerry Jones added that Overshown's injury is "very concerning".
