Confirming a previous report, Arizona Cardinals QB Clayton Tune will start Week 9's game versus the Cleveland Browns.
Huddle Up: Regardless of how well Tune plays this afternoon, this is expected to be a one-game stint for him as Arizona's starting quarterback. He is not a recommended fantasy option in any format because of the difficult matchup and his lack of pro experience. QB Kyler Murray is slated to be activated from the PUP list within the next few days and should start Week 10's game versus the Atlanta Falcons.

Huddle Up: The decision to keep Murray on the PUP list for one more week or activate him figures to be the only hint fantasy managers need here. That decision must be made early Saturday afternoon. Given how long Murray has been away, the fact Tune would be making his first career start and the defense either one would be facing is enough of a reason to avoid both in fantasy this week. The one takeaway from all this is that Murray will almost certainly make his season debut no later than Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons.
