Cleveland Browns WR Cedric Tillman is a "locked-in starter" when healthy, according to Zac Jackson of The Athletic.
Huddle Up: Jerry Jeudy is the top option in the passing game, but it sounds like Tillman will be starting on the opposite side. Cleveland's quarterback situation is messy, but Tillman showed some signs of improvement last year before suffering a concussion, and he could be worth a look as a WR5.

Cleveland Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Tuesday, Dec. 31.
Huddle Up: From Weeks 7-9, Tillman had 21 catches for 255 yards and three TDs. He didn't do much beyond that, but that window with Deshaun Watson and Jameis Winston at the helm flashed enough to target him as a WR5 next year. In the meantime, skip trying to find a Browns receiver in fantasy. QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson has thrown for 427 yards, 0 TDs and 6 INTs this season.

Also, WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) was limited but was ruled out, QB Jameis Winston (shoulder) was limited and is questionable, WR Jerry Jeudy (knee, shin) was limited but carries no designation and LB Devin Bush (shoulder), CB Martin Emerson (back), LB Khaleke Hudson (back), OG Germain Ifedi (Achilles) and QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson (calf) practiced in full and were removed from the injury report.

Cleveland Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) was limited in practice all week but has been ruled out for Week 17 versus the Miami Dolphins.
Huddle Up: This makes three straight weeks of limited practices for Tillman, who will miss a fifth consecutive contest. Tillman was concussed in Cleveland's upset win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12 and will likely not play in Week 18 either. If so, he will end his season having flashed immense upside for a short time with Jameis Winston as his quarterback.

Huddle Up: Tillman has yet to turn in a full practice since suffering a concussion that has kept him out of the last four games, and he shouldn't be expected back until he's able to do that. Even if he does suit up, Tillman isn't a suggested lineup option with Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center.

Cleveland Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Dec. 25. The Browns did not hold a practice Wednesday, so this is an estimation.
Huddle Up: Tillman has been able to participate in practice drills recently but has not played in nearly a month because of the concussion. Fantasy players should monitor the situation to see if he receives clearance to play. He was a solid part of the passing game before the injury and could be a flex option if he plays.

Huddle Up: Tillman has missed four consecutive games due to this concussion so managers will want to keep an eye on his status. If Dorian Thompson-Robinson is once again the starter, it's unlikely Tillman will have much fantasy value.
