Arizona Cardinals TE Elijah Higgins scored the first touchdown of his NFL career during a 45-29 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 15, finishing with four catches for 44 yards and the score.

The Arizona Cardinals claimed C Trystan Colon (Jets), TE Elijah Higgins (Dolphins), C Keith Ismael (49ers), OT Ilm Manning (49ers) and DBs Starling Thomas (Lions) and K'Von Wallace (Eagles) off waivers on Wednesday, Aug. 30.

Miami Dolphins CB Justin Bethel, DT Da'Shawn Hand, TE Tyler Kroft, CB Parry Nickerson, OT Cedric Ogbuehi, CB Jamal Perry and LB Malik Reed were released Tuesday, Aug. 29. The team also waived CB Ethan Bonner, TE Tanner Conner, LB Cameron Goode, OT Ryan Hayes, TE Elijah Higgins, WR Braylon Sanders, CB Bryce Thompson, OL Alama Uluave and CB Trill Williams. In addition, the team waived WR Daewood Davis (concussion) with an injury settlement.
