Arizona Cardinals RB Emari Demercado rushed four times for 64 yards and caught three passes for 40 yards in a 44-22 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10.
Huddle Up: Demercado has turned in two solid performances since returning from an ankle injury, logging a combined 184 total yards. He has flex potential in 12-team leagues in his current role, and if Bam Knight (ankle) and Trey Benson (knee) are both sidelined going forward, Demercado should see even more work.

Arizona Cardinals RB Emari Demercado carried the ball 14 times for 79 yards in a Week 9 win over the Dallas Cowboys. He also had one reception for minus-one yard.
Huddle Up: Demercado missed Week 7 with an ankle injury, but he was back in action Monday night and wound up getting 15 touches to 11 for Bam Knight. You don't want to read too much into one game's usage, but at the very least, it appears we can close the book on Michael Carter for fantasy purposes. Between the presence of Knight and eventual return of Trey Benson (knee), who is currently on IR, Demercado's long-term outlook is murky. Still, those in deeper leagues should look to make a move, and even owners in standard formats can consider adding Demercado if they're in need of depth at the position.

Arizona Cardinals RB Bam Knight will be the "first one out there" at running back in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday, Oct. 3, head coach Jonathan Gannon said Saturday. However, it appears it will be a hot-hand approach, with RB Michael Carter expected to be promoted from the practice squad, and RB Emari Demercado returning from injury.
Huddle Up: There were reports Carter was taking the first-team reps in practice Thursday and Friday, so there could be a little gamesmanship going on. It might be best to treat Knight and Carter as low-end RB3 or flex fantasy options, while ignoring Demercado for now. Also, don't sink a lot of FAAB money into Carter or Knight, as Trey Benson is eligible to return from the Reserve/Injured list, so this whole situation is likely to change again in the next week or two.

Arizona Cardinals RB Emari Demercado (ankle) fully participated in practice Saturday, Nov. 1, and is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Huddle Up: Demercado likely will see a limited amount of touches behind Bam Knight against the Dallas Cowboys and can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.
