WR Tee Higgins (ankle, knee), CB Cam Taylor-Britt (ankle) and WR Charlie Jones (groin) were limited in practice on Thursday and are also listed as questionable. Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals OT Amarius Mims (hand) was unable to return after exiting the Week 17 game against the Denver Broncos. Mims was attempting to play with a broken right hand.
