Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders caught two passes for eight yards and one touchdown against the New York Giants in Week 10. He was targeted two times during the game.
Huddle Up: Sanders was held in check in terms of receiving yards but was helped out by the touchdown. He should see a few targets each game and could be a No. 2 tight end in deeper fantasy leagues.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (wrist, ankle) was a full participant at practice and carries no designation on the Week 10 injury report.
Huddle Up: Sanders has been coming along nicely over the last month, averaging 7.1 fantasy points per game over his last four. The rookie isn't a smash play, but he can be viewed as a TE2 option.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders ended up with four receptions for a game-high 87 yards on five targets in Week 9 against the New Orleans Saints.
Huddle Up: Sanders laid an egg last week, but with no Tommy Tremble, and Diontae Johnson off to Baltimore, the tight end was front and center for Bryce Young. The tight end position is such a wasteland after the top targets, so it doesn't take much to get on the radar. Treat Sanders as a TE2 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams heading into Week 10.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders cashed in his only target for a 7-yard catch in Week 8 against the Denver Broncos.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (groin, wrist) was a full participant at practice Friday, Oct. 25, and was taken off the Week 8 injury report.
Huddle Up: The rookie tight end has at least five targets in each of his last three games so he's a name to monitor. However, he should be avoided in what could be a bloodbath as the depleted Panthers offense goes against the Denver Broncos defense.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (groin, wrist) was upgraded to a full practice on Friday, Oct. 25, and was removed from the injury report for Week 8 against the Denver Broncos.
Huddle Up: Sanders has emerged as a key playmaker for the Panthers over the last two weeks, posting 11 catches on 13 targets for 110 yards. It appears Sanders and fellow rookie Xavier Legette will be the team's top options for Bryce Young this week after Diontae Johnson (ribs) was ruled out earlier in the day. Sanders' recent involvement in the offense gives him a chance to be worth starting in fantasy this weekend, but even that is a stretch considering what Young has shown so far.

Carolina Panthers S Nick Scott (hamstring) and S Jammie Robinson (knee) did not practice and were ruled out on the final Week 8 injury report Friday, Oct. 25. OLB D.J. Wonnum (quad) and S Jordan Fuller (hamstring) were limited at practice and ruled out. QB Andy Dalton (thumb) did not practice and is doubtful. CB Dane Jackson (hamstring) and OT Yosh Nijman (knee) were limited and are doubtful. DE A'Shawn Robinson (knee), LB Claudin Cherelus (hamstring), LB Josey Jewell (hamstring, groin) and OT Taylor Moton (elbow) were limited at practice and are questionable. TE Tommy Tremble (back), OLB Jadeveon Clowney (shoulder), DT Jaden Crumedy (ankle) and S Sam Franklin (foot) practiced in full and are questionable. PK Eddy Pineiro (personal) did not practice but carries no injury designation. TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (groin, wrist), LB Jon Rhattigan (knee) and RB Raheem Blackshear (shoulder) practiced in full and carry no injury designation.

Carolina Panthers TE Ja'Tavion Sanders (groin, wrist) was limited in practice for a second straight day on Thursday, Oct. 24.
Huddle Up: Sanders has emerged as a key playmaker for the Panthers over the last two weeks, posting 11 catches on 13 targets for 110 yards. While the upside for any player in the Carolina offense is limited until the team gets consistently good play from the quarterback position, Sanders appears to be making a push to be relevant in fantasy at a position where there are not many quality options available. He could easily be worth a desperation play in Week 8 against the Denver Broncos, especially if Diontae Johnson (rib, rest) does not play.
