Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman (foot) is in a walking boot Tuesday, Aug. 18, after suffering a lower-body injury over the weekend.
Huddle Up: Coleman has an ADP of 292, and he's merely a WR5 flyer with a chip on his shoulder after some of the stuff was said about him when the coaching change occurred. He's slated to be the slot receiver if the injury isn't serious.

Buffalo Bills WRs DJ Moore (ankle) and Keon Coleman (lower body) were both tended to on the sideline, according to a source on Saturday, Aug. 15. Trainers attended to Moore's ankle area after the second drive, but he stood on sidelines for the rest of the game. Coleman was tackled on third offensive drive after his last catch favored the lower body.
Huddle Up: Hopefully these aren't serious injuries that linger into the regular for two receivers the Buffalo Bills are going to badly need this season. Moore is expected to be Buffalo's top receiver and Coleman scored a touchdown earlier in the first preseason game but was attended to here. Consider Moore a worthwhile pick in fantasy drafts around the fifth or sixth round, while Coleman is a late-round pick. but likely somebody you can grab off waivers if he makes a leap in his third season as a pro.

Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman was able to make some good plays during the mandatory minicamp and saw more work with WR Joshua Palmer (ankle) limited.
Huddle Up: Coleman seems to be entering a make-or-break season, so a solid start to training camp will help him earn a role in the passing game. He will probably see a few targets each game and can be avoided in most leagues at this point.

Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman said he considers the 2026 season to be a make-or-break season for him and will have to perform in order to remain with the team.
Huddle Up: Coleman likely will compete for the No. 3 receiver job behind Khalil Shakir and DJ Moore during training camp. He could see a few targets each game but is not a starting option in fantasy leagues at this point.

Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman has received trade interest this offseason, but general manager Brandon Beane said the team is not interested in trading Coleman.
Huddle Up: The Bills have added DJ Moore this offseason, so Coleman will likely be competing for the No. 3 receiver job during training camp. He should see a handful of targets each game but will not be a starting option most weeks.

Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman posted at least 50 receiving yards in only one game during the 2025 regular season.
Huddle Up: Coleman's future with the team is uncertain at this point, but head coach Joe Brady said he believes that Coleman can be productive for the team. Fantasy players can monitor his situation over the next several weeks to see where he will play in 2026. He is unlikely to be more than a possible late round pick in deeper leagues at this point.

Buffalo Bills WR Khalil Shakir led the team with 719 receiving yards, with the next-closest receiving being WR Keon Coleman with 404 yards. The team is likely to address the receiver position in either the draft, free agency, or both.
Huddle Up: Shakir might have led the team in receiving yards, but he certainly performed only like a low-end WR3 or top WR4 in most fantasy leagues in 2025. With company, especially if the team adds a WR1, could push Shakir, Coleman, etc. down the fantasy depth chart even further.

Buffalo Bills WR Keon Coleman has a good chance to remain on the roster because head coach Joe Brady said he believes in Coleman and expects him to improve. "He's going to continue to grow, but the elements that we saw in the draft process -- the confidence that I have in him and his ability -- and as long as he's handling what he needs to do off the field, I have no doubt that he's going to be successful on the field," Brady said
Huddle Up: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see how Coleman will be used with Brady as the head coach. He was an early-round pick for the Bills but has posted only 960 yards in two seasons. He is unlikely to be drafted in fantasy leagues next season but could be a waiver wire pickup if he plays well early in the season.
