Arizona Cardinals RB Trey Benson (knee) will remain on the Reserve/Injured list for the rest of the season.
Huddle Up: Bam Knight is operating as the starter, but the Cardinals were blown out last week, and he had just seven rushes. Emari Demercado will factor in once he's able to return from a high-ankle sprain. Both are flex candidates in good matchups when healthy. They're not options against a robust Houston Texans defense.

Arizona Cardinals RB Trey Benson (knee) must be removed from the Reserve/Injured list during the upcoming week or he will become ineligible to play again this season, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. His practice window is slated to close soon and there appears to be a real chance that the Cardinals will decide not to activate him, according to multiple sources.
Huddle Up: Benson has been sidelined since Week 4 due to a torn meniscus. RB Bam Knight will continue to serve as the Cardinals' main running back in his absence and can be at least a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Arizona Cardinals RB Trey Benson (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Dec. 4.
Huddle Up: It seems unlikely that Benson will return to the lineup this week, but fantasy players can continue to monitor his situation. Bam Knight will see most of the work at running back if Benson remains sidelined and can be at least a flex option in leagues.

Arizona Cardinals RB Trey Benson (knee) did not practice Wednesday, Dec. 3.
Huddle Up: Benson is making his way back from the Reserve/Injured list, and the time is ticking on his 21-day practice window. He hasn't played since Week 4 when he suffered an injury against the Seattle Seahawks. He could be the lead back for the Cardinals down the stretch, but pump the brakes on inserting him into the lineup until he officially see him suit up and make it through a full game without any setbacks.

Arizona Cardinals RB Trey Benson (knee) will not practice on Wednesday, Dec. 3.
Huddle Up: The Cardinals' rushing attack has been nonexistent in recent weeks due to the injuries they have sustained. With Benson missing on Wednesday, he is not trending in the right direction. Whether he plays or not, he can be avoided in most fantasy leagues.

Huddle Up: Bam Knight has touchdowns in consecutive games, but he only amassed 15 carries for 36 yards. He also had four catches in each game with 21 and 20 receiving yards, respectively. He's a flex candidate against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Emari Demercado could also be a factor if he's able to return from an ankle injury.
