Free-agent TE Will Dissly (Seahawks), S Jamal Adams (Seahawks) and S Quandre Diggs (Seahawks) could be re-signed by the Seattle Seahawks this offseason, according to general manager John Schneider.

Free-agent S Quandre Diggs (Seahawks) could receive interest from the Green Bay Packers this offseason, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Rob Demovsky.

Seattle Seahawks S Quandre Diggs and S Jamal Adams were released on Tuesday, March 5, according to sources.

OG Anthony Bradford (elbow), WR Jake Bobo (knee), S Jamal Adams (knee), CB Devon Witherspoon (hip), OG Damien Lewis (neck) and S Quandre Diggs (non-injury) were limited during practice. OT Abraham Lucas (knee), CB Tre Brown (heel) and DE Leonard Williams (ankle) fully participated in practice.
