Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown was one of only two receivers in the league to draw at least 100 targets against zone coverage in 2024 - Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson was the other - and finished with 91 catches on 107 targets for 1,048 yards (second most in the league) and 51 first downs. St. Brown led the league in targets, catches and first downs against zone for the second straight season while tying for the fourth-best zone catch rate (85.0%), according to Pro Football Focus.
Huddle Up: Especially in today's game, being a zone buster is a great thing for a receiver since the league utilizes zone defense over 70% of the time. St. Brown will almost certainly take a hit in production in 2025 with offensive coordinator Ben Johnson now running the show in Chicago and Jameson Williams bound to be more involved. With that said, it would be shocking if St. Brown fails to post a fourth consecutive season of at least 100 catches and 1,100 receiving yards.

Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (knee) told reporters on Thursday, June 5, that he underwent cleanup knee surgery in the offseason. While St. Brown has not participated during the offseason program, he fully expects to be ready for training camp in July.
Huddle Up: St. Brown has proven to be one of the toughest receivers in the league, so he is one of the best bets to play through an injury - or at less than 100% - and play well in the league. It remains to be seen if he can continue turning out 100-catch seasons with former offensive coordinator Ben Johnson now in Chicago and the development of Jameson Williams, but it seems likely he will. While it is fair to expect a small decline in his production, St. Brown is still one of the better WR1 bets again in fantasy this season.

Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown caught 73 passes that resulted in a first down during the 2024 regular season, which ranked second in the NFL in the category.
Huddle Up: St. Brown continues to be one of the top receivers in the NFL and ranked in the top five in receptions (115), receiving yards (1,263) and touchdowns (12). He will be a significant part of the passing game again next season and will be a must-start option in fantasy leagues.

RB David Montgomery added seven carries for 28 yards, and WR Jameson Williams had a 61-yard touchdown run to go along with one catch for 19 yards. WR Amon-Ra St. Brown had eight catches for 137 yards, and TE Sam LaPorta added six grabs for 51 yards and a score. Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown had six receptions (on seven targets) for a team-high 77 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 18.
Huddle Up: Despite some week-to-week inconsistency this season, St. Brown still finished in the top five in receptions (115), yards (1,263), and TDs (12). Looking ahead to the Divisional Round, St. Brown had his most success against the Vikings among potential opponents, whereas the Rams held him in check (3-13-0). Regardless, St. Brown is a surefire WR1 regardless of matchup.

Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (non-injury) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 20, and is not on the injury report for Week 16.
Huddle Up: St. Brown is coming off his fourth 100-yard game of the season last week and has caught at least five passes in each of his last seven games. He will see plenty of targets this week and should be a starting option in all leagues.
